[Elsa is the only one who will be getting a buff on this level since  she will be playing a major role in the series and her powers mainly come from her divine protection which has been granted to her by ciel so of course she will have op abilities .and also as the series progresses her powers will also grow. Also her power increases by a large amount on the night with red moon]

True Vampires are vicious and use their monstrous proportions to their advantage. Using their lamprey-like mouths, they are capable of sucking a human dry of its blood within minutes until it becomes a mummified corpse. Possessing speed even beyond that of normal vampires, escaping from a True Vampire is near impossible. They are capable of surviving in the sun without any negative effects and are strong both physically and magically.they are also capable of turning other's into vampires.

Blood manipulation - ability to control blood and use it as skills or weapons.

Master magician - vampires have natural affinity with magic and can cast it without chants .

Magic negation - magical attacks do not work on her so spells are useless against her .

Hypnosis - Through the use of hypnosis, Vampires are able to dominate the mind and will of a human by simple eye contact, soft speech or a simple wave of the hand. The Vampire’s bite seems to have an anesthetic effect on the victim; giving the creature the time it needs to feed and also instantly sealing the cut to prevent loss of blood and keeping no memory of it.

Transform - Vampires can fly as a cloud of bats, mist or a single giant or small bat.

Blood frenzy - when activated this ability sends her into a berserker state all strains are lifted and her power is increased by 50%  but it has a drawback of the user accidentally losing control.

Ultra speed regeneration and Immortality - she is now immortal and will not age any further and her body can instantly heal any damage .

Atmokinesis - Vampires are able to control the weather within limits. They could direct the fog, summon a powerful storm, control the direction and the force of the wind, or even call down bolts of lightning to strike its enemies.

Pyrokinesis: She can light fire with only her mind.

Telepathy - Vampires can read the minds of mortals. Older vampires can read the minds of younger, weaker vampires.

Flight - The unique ability to defy gravity and move towards anywhere in the air.

Blood Paralysis/Vampire Curse- after drinking someone's blood she can make the victim paralysed or put a curse on them that can either kill them instantly or drain their life force slowly .
