Once upon a time, twenty years ago, the funk trolls lived in an advanced flying city. No predators could get them, and they could contact any other tribe any time they wanted. They were ruled by the beloved King Quincy and Queen Essence, who were blessed with twin eggs. For them life was perfect, but that perfection didn't last long. One day while the queen was sunning her eggs, a bird swooped by and snatched one away. The entire ship tried to follow the bird, but to no avail, for the bird had flown into the Pop woods, from which no one had ever returned.

The king and queen did not give up, even after their other twin, Darnell was hatched, they held out hope that their other son was alive out there. Even when horrible beasts came out of the woods and attacked their ship. Even when they got away from the troll kingdom after news of Bergen attacks reached them, they still fiercely believed that their lost prince was out there somewhere, and that he would come home again.

The bubbles brought the trolls and their critters to a technologically advanced city within a ship.

"Wow!" Queen Rose gasped when she gazed at the sight of the place itself. It was more amazing than the castle that she lived in.

"This is grander than the Platinum castle," Branch added.

"Welcome travelers to Vibe City!" A voice called down to them. A flying turntable platform hovered down to them. On it was a pink Funk Troll who looked almost exactly like Cooper. He had thick dreadlocks with gold rings, a gold star earring, gold tinsel on his neck, and bracelets.

"Wow, you look exactly like me!?" Cooper gasped.

"YOU!" The Funk Troll immediately started examining Cooper. "You're him! My brother!"

"What?" Cooper asked in shock.

"What!?" Branch and his brothers all did a double-take.

"WHAT!?" The Snack Pack shouted in unison.

The Funk Troll did a happy dance and activated a microphone in his turntable. "Mom, Dad, we got him!"

"Is that King Quincy and Queen Essence?" Queen Rose gasped.

"Yup!" The funk troll grinned at them.

Two trolls appeared before them. a purple-skinned Funk Troll with a yellow nose, colorful hair with dreads of pink and blue at the right, with a tuft of fur that's not part of the dreads on the left, and a blue beard. His fur and neck were covered in golden tinsel strips and he wore a golden cape with a star pattern, as well as jeweled rings on the fingers/toes of his front limbs, a golden crown, and a star earring on his left ear, which matched the one worn by the identical troll. Beside him stood a blue-skinned Funk Troll with a purple nose, bands of thick silver tinsel segments on her neck, matching the long silver and golden tinsel-like fur that covers her body, and her blue hair fashioned into dreads and styled back behind her head. She wore a golden tiara, and a matching band that secured her hair in an updo. Her face was covered in  and she had thick sparkly silver eyelashes.

"Is that him? I think our search is finally over," the blue funk troll said.

"Our son is finally home," the purple funk troll added.

"Wait, are you my mom and dad," Cooper gasped.

"Yes, we've been searching for so long to find you," King Quincy said. "And Prince Darnell here is excited to see you."

"My precious son!" Queen Essence embraced Cooper and kissed him repeatedly. Soon Cooper was enveloped in a four-way group hug.

"This is wonderful!" Princess Poppy exclaimed to Queen Rose, "Family reunions are happening all over!"
