Chapter 13

The next day Frank and Hazel showed up. I was really nervous cause Jason kept staring at me. It's almost like he knows but I doubt he knows. I mean he couldn't. Right?

Anyways I'm in the tent right now reading this book called The Maze Runner and I love it!!! I sound like a girl right now but whatever.

Over the years it got really boring so I started reading to pass time. The more I read the more I liked it. So yep, I love reading now.

I was at the part where Thomas and Minho figured out how to get out of the maze when someone knocked on my door. UGHHH.

I tried to ignore it but it wouldn't stop.

I marked my page and put the book back on the shelf. Yeah I kind of have an obsession with books now. Back at the castle I have a library just for me.

I walked over to the door and opened it.

It was Luke. I walked back over to my bookshelf and got the book out and started reading it again.

"Can I help you with something?" I mumbled.

Luke came over and sat on my bed.

"Yeah. It's an emergency!!!"

"Ok what's the emergency?"

"I LOST MY THE FAULT IN OUR STARS BOOK AND I NEED TO BORROW YOURS!!!" Luke screeched.

Okay so maybe we were all nerds that love books.

I rolled my eyes and glared at him. This happened really often.

"Did you check under your pillow?"

When Luke lost his books it's usually under his pillow but he always forgets to check there. He reads before he sleeps so when he feels tired he puts the book under the pillow and sleeps.

I don't understand why he doesn't put it on his nightstand but it's Luke so I'm not surprised.

Luke stared at me before he went running into his room which is right across from mine.

A minute later I heard him scream that he found it. I shook my head and continued to read.

Right after I started reading Nico came charging into my room. I'm use to it by now.

I looked up and saw he was panicking. I instantly stood up. Nico NEVER worries and when he does it's REALLY bad.

"Nico what's wrong?"

"It's David. He took Blackjack for a ride. But Blackjack doesn't let anyone ride him unless it's you. So David wh-whipped him." Nico gulped.

Holy shit! I forgot to check on Blackjack since I got here! But now I see why Nico was worried. He was worried about my reaction.

I stood up furious and stomped my way all the way over to the stables. I saw David kicking Blackjack and I was fuming now.

I was so furious I wasn't even thinking. I summoned my lightning power and it him in the back.

Since he was the son of Zeus it didn't hurt him like it would another demigod.

So he stood up wincing and glared at me. I smirked back at him and summoned water.

Summoning water is my favorite since I was the son of Poseidon.

I didn't notice a crowd had gathered till I heard Luke yell, "YOU ARE GOING TO REGRET THIS DAVID!!!"

David's face was all red and it was hilarious.

He started summoning his lightning and tried to hit me with it. Jokes on him! He didn't know that I had super speed.

I was behind him before you can even say one.

By the way he kind of stood frozen he was probably confused of where I had gone.

I tapped his shoulder and he turned around eyes widening. I punched him before he can get over the shock.

He stumbled but caught himself. He took out his sword and try to stab me with it, but I sidestepped just in time. I took out my own sword and quickly cut him on the arm.

He didn't have armor on but I did so it wasn't really fair. But whatever.

He hissed and stepped back quickly. He didn't give up though.

He tried to stab me again but that just made me cut his other arm. This cut was deeper and I'm guessing he needed stitches.

He glared at me and dropped his sword and walked away. I shook my head at how much of an idiot he was and walked back to the tent.

Everyone was still standing there looked shocked over what just happened.

I went up to my room and waited till everyone was gonna and went back to the stables.

Blackjack was eating right now and I went over to him. I'm pretty sure he knew who I was.

"Yo boss that you? Where you've been these past few centuries? I've missed you."

"Yep it's me Blackjack don't tell anyone. I was with Chaos. I've missed you too."

"Don't worry your secret is safe with me as long as you get me 10 dozen donuts."

I chuckled. Of course that would be what he wanted. "No problem I'll go get them right now."

A few minutes later I returned with 10 dozen donuts and gave them to Blackjack.

It was getting late so I decided to go back to the tent and sleep.

When I got back I took a shower and laid in bed thinking about what happened today.

First Luke lost his book. Then I got into a fight with David. Lastly I reunited with Blackjack.

It's been a weird day. I just want to go back to the castle in Utopia and stay there and never come back to earth.

But that can't happen. Yet.

After think of that I fell asleep dreaming about food. Blue food.
