Part 20: The New Age (Alternating Aria, Ethan, and the Dark Rabbit's POV).
Aria: I felt a deep feeling of metamorphosis as we stepped out of the Red Door. As if our experiences had woven themselves into the very fabric of reality, the world around us appeared transformed. The Dark Rabbit's strength—an old and profound energy that had seeped into my own being—seemed to be coursing through me.
Standing proudly by my side, Ethan mirrored the same understanding that I knew had to be there in my own eyes. Despite facing hardships and tests that would have shattered weaker individuals, we remained united. However, we were better off for it now—more united, wiser, and powerful than before.
Then there was the Dark Rabbit, a figure that had previously frightened and confused me but now seemed like an ever-present friend, a teacher, and a guide who would lead us through the obstacles we would face. There was an air of authority and responsibility that it had bestowed upon us; I could feel its intelligence and might.
Aria and Ethan were no longer just two people swept together in the whirlwind of destiny; we were something more. We were more than that; we were the embodiment of a new era—the sages and mentors who would show the way to a more authentic reality and the value of adapting to new circumstances.
Ethan: As we reentered the world, I could feel Aria's transformation; I could feel the strength and determination coursing through her like a river. Because our adventures beyond the Red Door had a profound impact on me too, I could relate to that sentiment.
The Dark Rabbit taught us the truth about the cosmos, and he showed us the enormous cosmic cycle that controls everything. We had witnessed the never-ending tango of making and breaking, the tide of order and chaos that moulds the universe.
And now it was our responsibility to teach others what we had learned, to show them how vital it is to embrace change and strike a balance in a world where uncertainty and fear seem to rule the day. It was an enormous undertaking, but I had faith in our abilities.
We were guided by the knowledge of the Dark Rabbit, and our combined experiences had given us courage and determination. Plus, we had one other—two parts of a whole, two spirits meant to be on this journey together.
A feeling of enthusiasm and determination washed over me as we ventured out into the world. I had faith that Aria and the Dark Rabbit could overcome any obstacle that came our way, even though the path ahead would be difficult.
The Dark Rabbit: I saw Aria and Ethan come out of the Red Door, their bodies filled with the strength and direction I had given them. They had triumphed over obstacles that would have shattered weaker creatures. However, they had come out on top—more united, wiser, and powerful than before.
They were now prepared to assume the role of mentors and educators, passing on to others the insights they had received about the nature of reality as it really is. I had faith in their abilities, and I thought they could handle the weight of the task.
Aria and Ethan possessed a unique and valuable talent: the capacity to sense the cosmic cycle that controls everything, piercing through the illusion that frequently obscures the perceptions of ordinary people. More than that, they were kind and brave enough to share what they had learned in the hopes of improving the lives of all living things and guiding others towards harmony and purpose in a world where it sometimes feels like there's no end in sight.
A feeling of contentment and pride washed over me as I watched them go on their new adventure. Since I recognised in these two mere mortals the capacity for greatness that is possessed by so few, I had made a sound choice in selecting them as my avatars.
