15. Getting tattoos together

You and Darwin had been together for 3 years, you wanted to celebrate this amazing moment.

"Let's go and do something" Darwin smiled as he walked into the living room while you were laying on the sofa.

"Okay? what are you suggesting?" you looked up at Darwin as he perched on the end of the sofa, gently stroking your legs.

"A tattoo" Darwin told you as you watched him.

"Oh really, what are you thinking?" you asked him.

"I dunno, I don't have any ideas really. But I am thinking we get matching ones" Darwin smiled as he stretched to get his phone with some ideas he had had in mind.

"You've been really thinking about this huh?" you asked as you stretched to see the pictures on his phone.

"Yes I have been, so come on. If you agree to getting your first ever tattoo we can head off to get it done now" you looked at him, slightly hesitant.

"I would love to have one, but the thought of it hurting scares me Darwin. I don't want to be a baby about it" you told him, feeling nervous just thinking about the thought of having a tattoo.

"Oh you'll be okay I promise, I have had so many. Yes they do hurt, bit as long as you hold my hand tightly you'll be just fine. I will be by your side" he smiled, reassuring you.

"I like that idea, thank you Darwin. Let me just go and grab my phone and we can head off yeah?" you asked him as he nodded as you jumped off of the sofa.

"So we can get cute little hearts, nothing too much" He suggested.

"Yes I love that idea, thank you" you smiled as you parked up and walked to the tattoo shop.

"Hello, how can we help you?" the tattoo artist smiled as he watched you walk in.

"We would like matching tattoos please" you smiled as the man got up and you followed behind him.

"So what designs would you like?" he asked as Darwin pulled out his phone to show him the heart designs that he had found.

"Aww okay, I can do that. Shall I do yours first miss?" he asked as you nervously nodded your head.

"This is going to hurt" he told you as you reached out for Darwin's hand as he grabbed it tightly as you squeezed it.

"Here we go" he finished it super quickly which you were not expecting.

"Ah thank you, wow that is amazing" you looked at the heart on your arm.

"Thank you" you smiled as he wrapped your arm up as you watched as Darwin got his matching tattoo.

"Aww that is cute" you admired Darwin's leg with his new tattoo.

"Thank you so much you smiled and shook the tattoo artist hand as you walked out the shop with Darwin.

"I love these, I am happy with my first ever tattoo" you smiled back at him.

"You'll be getting loads more" you grinned.
