(Sanemi's POV)

I finally ate I just had a rice ball when my crow came in "Kaw Kaw Go to Ubayushiki estate Kaw Kaw" sounds like Tomiokas crow did go to master I picked up my sword and walked toward masters house. When I arrived I saw everyone but Shinobu and Tomioka. Master walked out with the help of his two kids, "Hello my children" Master greeted us. "Hi Master" Mitsuri said back with her usual bubbly attitude.

"I wanted to start by asking Sanemi do you know what happened" Master asked me. "Yes" I said shaking my head. Everyone looked at me confused. "Not to be rude but should we be starting without Shinobu?" Gyomei asked. "Oh yes well Giyu Tomioka was attacked by uppermoon 6, and is being treated by Shinobu at the moment" he said with a sad expression. I just looked at my feet uppermoon 6 came when I went to get food that's stupid I thought to myself. I wish I was there for him. Master kept talking about stuff I wasn't really listening I was just really worried about Giyu.

The meeting was finally over Obanai was walking over to talk to me like we usually do after meetings but I just ignored him and ran as fast as I could back to the butterfly mansion. I finally made it and Shinobu was sitting outside with Kanao they both had butterflies flying around them. "Shinobu how's Giyu?!" I asked kinda out of breath from the run her eyes widened and that's when it hit me I just called him by his first name. "He's inside the third room on the left." She said pointing down a hallway. I ran over to the room and opened it Giyu was there sitting in the bed his shirt was off but there was a huge bandage around him blocking my view.

"Oh hi Shinazugawa" he said looking away from the window and at me. "Hey... are you ok?" I asked trying to sound like I didn't care. He looked shocked "I'm ok" he said looking away I swear he was blushing but I couldn't really tell. I walked over and sat on the door of the bed. "What are you doing?" He asked giving me a weird look "I'm supposed to stay with you idiot" I sighed looking out the window to where he was looking he was watching Genya??? I didn't even know he was here still and someone's with him I moved over a bit and saw Genya and Muichiro playing with the butterfly triplets. Honestly that shocks me. I looked over back to Giyu who was staring at me, This might be a good time to ask my question from earlier. "So I have a questions I said keeping eyes contact with him. He just nodded for me to continue "why do you think your better than us?" I asked trying to sound genuine.

(Giyuu's POV)

I just looked at him shocked because when he said that I thought about final selection and Sabito.

"Oh um" I started but I couldn't decide if I should tell him the truth or not he just started at me waiting for an answer, it might be good to tell him he's been nice recently so might as well. "We'll i don't think I'm better I just don't think I should be a hashira." I said looking down at my hands then back at Muichiro and Genya outside the window. "Sanemi just looked absolutely dumbfounded. "Well why don't you think your a hashira?" He asked finally recovering from the shock.

(Sanemi's POV)
  I can't believe Giyu thinks he isn't a hashira I always thought that he thought he was better than us. "Well why don't you think your a hashira?" I asked. He fidgeted with his hands for a good minute before replying "Well I at final selection I got very injured the first night and my friend sabito saved me I didn't kill any demon during final selection but Sabito lost his life." He said looking down at his hands i then realized he was crying. I guess I don't have a reason to hate him anymore I thought as I gently pulled him into a hug his eyes widened in shock when I hugged him, but the shock left as quick as it came.

I sat there holding him for a good hour and when I looked at his face he was asleep in my arms I smiled but when I realized I quickly laid him down and tucked him in. I walked out quickly and heard a lot of talking coming from the kitchen.

I walked in and saw Shinobu making dinner with Aoi while the three butterfly triplets were playing with Nezuko since it was dark out. Inosuke was trying to fight Zenitsu but Tanjiro was holding him back. I also saw Genya and Muichiro were still here Genya was sitting on the ground watching everyone and Muichiro was laying on his shoulder sleeping through all this noise somehow. I just decided to sit to the side and wait for dinner.
