Yes, I said that. You already know who I am, my name is Utsukushii Yume. I'm nine years old, and I live in Japan. The world is rotten, A lot of people know that and wish criminals never existed. That couldn't happen because some people tend to hurt others or... Hurt hurt others. 

It wasn't long before criminals started dying of heat attacks left and write, accused or long term criminals. They were killed. Eventually, the internet named this mysterious person Kirā. coming from the English word 'Killer'.

Whoever is Kirā they are childish and think their a god, when they are only a mere human, thinking they can create a "new world." Like I said in future events, murder is murder, and whoever has the power to kill are the most miserable people in society.

The NPA is already starting the Kirā investigation. L, of course. Is in charge, and soon I'll be apart of this crazy story. From a orphan on the streets of Kanto to working besides L. This would be dangerous. But, I was ready to catch Kirā and bring them to justice.
