I Ate and Trained Like Lando Norris for 24 Hours

the video started with both angry ginge and ethan filming themselves just after waking up, it was early in the morning, seven in the morning to be precise. They arrived at lando's apartment at exactly eight. Lando was already awake and dressed when he opened the door for them, greeting them both with a handshake, they were given a tour of the flat, saying hi to matilda who was laying half asleep in landos bed

She only clambered out of bed when she heard the word breakfast, knowing that she should probably eat too. Still in just her pyjamas, the girl headed to the kitchen, the boys all waving at her as she did

"morning sleepy head" Lando greeted the girl with a smile, the girl rolled her eyes with a soft smile, putting her middle finger up at him as she started chopping up fruit, the camera panning to her as she did so

The camera cut to ginge sat on his own, rolling his eyes at the camera "Lando and Tilly are so domestic, like they're best friends but they act like a married couple"

The video then resumed from where lando pulled open his fridge "that better not be what we're eating" the ginger boy stated with a scoff, matilda chuckling

"this is your breakfast my friends" The f1 driver pointed at the three containers with a smile "it might be one of the best breakfasts you'll ever have"

"that looks like you ate breakfast then threw it up" ethan told the man, matilda just shook her head with a grin, speaking up "it's not even that bad"

the three guys then grabbed their breakfast pots, ginge reading out what was inside them. Matilda had finished cutting her fruit and adding it into a bowl of yogurt, moving to sit down in front of the camera men

"we got this specially for you" lando pulled out the baby spoon, handing it to the ginger boy

"wow thanks mate, appreciate that thank you" they then tried the breakfast, matilda just giggling childishly at their reactions, finishing up breakfast and putting her dishes away. she then grabbed the three extra bowls of fruit she prepared and placed them on the kitchen island

"i'm going for a shower, i made fruit for you all" she then grinned and walked away. Whilst she was in the shower, the video cuts to the three boys stood outside the bathroom door, dancing to non-copyright music, their laughs silent since matilda was playing songs in the background.

The next clip was the four of them in Lando's home gym, matilda sat on the beanbag in the corner of the room, her hair was still wet and she was dressed in a pair of baggy joggers and a black cropped vest

"first thing we're actually gonna do is a little warm up, now normally there's a few bands" Lando looked around the room

"they're in the bedroom bobble" Matilda stated subconsciously, scrolling through her phone in the corner of the room

"how have the workout bands made it to the bedroom" ethan asked, matilda just shaking her head with an amused smile

"because he's clingy as fuck, i didn't want to get up early so he literally did his workout in there so we could talk"

"you guys are never beating the dating allegations" ginge laughed, looking straight in the camera as he did "you heard it here first, lando norris and Matilda Versace are dating"

"shut up dumbass, he's my best mate" Matilda just smiled

"best mates that share a bed" ethan shook his head with a laugh. Matilda just playfully rolled her eyes and flipped them both off as Lando walked back in the room

"so if you drop down" both the boys bent over at the drivers words "just drop down and give me ten press ups"

"well if you and tilly aren't doing it, we're not doing it" ginge spoke
"yeah show us how it's done"

"i'm not the athlete here, why do i have to do this" matilda rolled her eyes

"your in the video, your taking part" ginge yelled making the girl groan and push herself off the beanbag, yawning as she walked over to lando

"we'll show them how it's done yeah" Lando gave the girl a high five as they both do a few press ups, both of them standing back up. Ethan was the first to go, ginge following after. The best friends were laughing at his arms going out rather than in "right that's not what we were doing"

"what's the difference"

"your elbows are going like" then lando let out a chicken noise as he demonstrated what the ginger man was doing "i want them in"

The boy then did as lando had explained, the others all picking jokes at the ginger man. Lando then explained that they were going to plank, this one matilda willingly joined in with. She claimed herself queen at planking, so the boys and matilda all planked together, lando setting a timer for one minute

"good luck against tils, she planks longer than me" Lando chuckled "3,2,1 go. alright bum a little bit higher ginge"

"dirty pervert, knew that was coming as well" ginge joked making the girl giggle, looking up at lando with a smile. They all joked around, the boys clearly struggling while matilda looked as if it was effortless.

"ten seconds" lando clapped "nice warm up for you guys" he then started counting down, as he hit zero matilda jumped up and shook her arms moving back to sit on her beanbag. They then did weight training, Matilda watching with a grin on her face,

"why have you got a mirror there" ethan stated as he pointed at the mirror placed on the floor

"what a pervert" ginge joked, Matilda giggling heard in the background "you dirty bastard oh my god"

The clip then cut to lando standing up, looking out behind the camera with a smile. The camera turned to matilda on the balcony, a cigarette in her hand as she waved at the camera, blowing it a kiss "i'm just trying to look outside" landos voice was heard as the camera was on Matilda.

The boys did weight lifting and then moved onto neck training, matilda now back inside and sat on her beanbag

"alright so who's first" lando looked at the three others as he untangled the bands, Ethan stepped up and lando demonstrated what was going to happen. They took it in turns, Matilda going last. She managed to get through the sides, Lando admittedly taking it easy on the girl however when it was the forward one she quickly tapped out and shook her head

"okay, i give up my neck is too precious for this"

"oi we should've done 24 hours living like Matilda Versace" Ginge smacked his friends arm, Matilda looked into the camera with a smile

"hey this is my holiday, my life's not always this easy" Matilda shrugged

"it's true, she's at the gym more than me" Lando nodded, wrapping his arm around her shoulder "plus she has to do vocal exercises daily, don't think anyone wants to hear you two sing"
