[nine.five]

It was now eleven in the morning, the group back in his kitchen. Matilda sat on the kitchen island. "alright, vanilla protein milk" he passed one to matilda, ginge and ethan. This was the one part of Landos training that the girl didn't mind, it was just a milkshake with extra protein.

The driver then explained to the others about his regimen, all of the vitamins inside his food etc. He was stood beside the girl, resting on the counter. The video had already caught how clingy the two truly were, couldn't be far apart for too long so viewers could only imagine how they were off camera

At 12 they headed down to cryotherapy. the clip cut to Matilda sat on her own, looking at the camera with a straight face "yeah i've done cryotherapy a few times with lando, he's a big baby and doesn't like going on his own. it makes me feel like elsa from frozen"

The four stood in front of the camera, gloves, masks and headbands on. The boys were in their boxers while Matilda was in a black bikini stood between Lando and Ginge

"minus 110 degrees celsius, he says he does this all the time" The man pointed at ginge "good for recovery..."

He then went on to explain the reasoning behind cryotherapy. They all got into the room, Matilda gasping at the initial cold. Lando grabbed her hand reassuringly, the camera just catching it "just breathe" The man stated

Once Matildas body regain composure she started quietly singing along to the song from frozen, Lando glancing at her and laughing

The boys looked out the window while Matilda distracted her mind of the cold, dancing around slightly as she sung the frozen soundtrack. When the door open, she was the first to dart out the room, flinging off her mask and headband and hugging her arms to herself

"mate i was like shivering so much i was twerking" ethan laughed

"i'm colder now than i was in there" Lando wrapped his arms around the girl, rubbing her arms to bring some warmth to her

They were back home at one pm, matilda was in the clothes from before, this time with a playboy hoodie that belonged to lando on as she sat at the table. The video continued, more moments of Matilda and Lando caught on camera, more jokes made by the four of them.

Matilda was happy, ginge and ethan were two of her good friends already due to Lando knowing them for a while but seeing them she knew they were going to be in her life for a long time.
