Clark watched as Bruce walked out of the office. Thinking quickly, he jumped up, grabbed his bag, and went to the elevator just in time to catch Bruce just as the elevator door opened.
"Bruce," He said just as he stepped in, and the door shut behind them.
"Clark, hi," Bruce smiled.
"You look good in that color suit," Clark said, admiring the way the taller man was dressed.
"T-thanks," Bruce stuttered, and Clark smiled at him.
"I was wondering, do you want to have dinner with me?" Clark asked, and Bruce's head snapped towards him with a frown on his face. "Y-you don't have to." He continued, now feeling stupid. Bruce was rich, upper class, and way out of his class.
"I would love to," Bruce said, snapping Clark out of his thoughts.
Bruce watched as Clark's frown turned into a shy smile. The elevator door opened in the lobby, and they both walked out of the building and towards the parking lot. "So, where to?" Bruce asked, and Clark looked thoughtful for a minute. "You didn't think that far ahead?" Bruce asked.
"I just thought about it when I saw you walking to the elevator," Clark pouted, and Bruce chuckled, unlocking his car and motioning for Clark to get in.
They drove for a few minutes before Bruce pulled into a fancy restaurant, they climbed out of the car and Bruce handed his key to the valet before leading Clark into the building.
"Wow," Clark said as he took into the interior of the restaurant. "This is La Bay. I thought you needed a reservation to get in here?" Clark whispered as he looked over at Bruce, who just grinned.
"Bruce Wayne," He said to the greeter, who immediately grabbed two menus and called a waiter to lead them to a private room in the back.
The room was spacious; one wall was all glass, giving a view of the outside. The room had a semi-circular couch with a round table. The light was also very low, giving a romantic feel to the room as well.
"Must be nice to have a name with a lot of power, " Clark said as the waiter left, closing the door behind him. "Wow," He said, looking out the glass out over the water.
Bruce watched Clark as he looked out the glass, his eyes roaming over the side feature of the other man. As if feeling eyes on him, Clark turned to him with a smile. "What?" He asked, meeting Bruce's eyes.
"You're just really hot," Bruce said, watching Clark's face lit up like a fire truck.
"W-we should decide what we want before the waiter comes back." The taller man said before walking past him to the luxurious booth.
Clark picked up the menu and his eyes widened at the price. "Bruce, these prices are way too much." He whispered and Bruce chuckled.
"It's fine; choose anything you want," Bruce said.
They spent the next ten minutes deciding what to eat, with Clark turning down everything due to the price. The waiter returned and took their order. They were silent for a while before Clark cleared his throat, making Bruce look up at him.
"So, any more bar activities since we last hung out?" Clark asked, and Bruce blushed.
"I don't normally do that," Bruce said, "My friends have just been getting at me for being over twenty-one and still a virgin. One of them keeps trying to get me in bed with all her friends even when I keep saying no. Although she was the reason I found you, she was showing me someone at the bar, but I saw you instead," He informed the blue-eyed man.
"What makes you think she wasn't showing me to you?" Clark asked, leaning forward a bit.
"Cause she thinks I'm straight," Bruce said, and Clark huffed.
"Well, I'll make sure she knows you're not." He said.
