Akanksha's pov:
I reached home a bit late today so both of my brothers are already home. I saw them both sitting in the kitchen, I went towards them "hello my favorite brothers, I'm back." I said grinning widely. I'm feeling a little happier today and I don't even know why.
" welcome back princess." Advik bhai said, matching my excitement.
I love it when he behaves like this because it's such a rare sight, he's always so tensed because of all the responsibilities. From my childhood I've only seen him taking care of me and Ansh bhai, always making sure we're happy or not.
After maa and baba left Advik bhai was the one who gave us the love of both father and mother. Our grandparents were also there for us but they of course weren't able to handle the three of us and about chote papa and choti maa, they also had their own children to take care of and even though many servants and nannies were there for us, Advik bhai didn't want us to spend our childhood and teenage years with some strangers so bhai took us here, to Mumbai.
He worked day and night to be the perfect King and the CEO that he is now. Ansh bhai and I respect and love him a lot, I hope we've done and are doing enough to make him known about that.
"You look extra happy today kid, what happened?" Ansh bhai said while wiggling his eyebrows.
I narrowed my eyes at him and accused him "why? you don't like to see me happy?"
"Noo when did I say that I was just asking because you know...eh leave it. It's pointless to argue with you because I know I'll lose like every time." He mumbled the last part and rolled his eyes.
"That's what I thought." I flipped my hair and gave him a smirk.
"Okay now I'll go and freshen up then we'll have our dinner together." I said and made my way to my room.
After taking a shower and changing my clothes I came downstairs for dinner. As I entered the kitchen, the aroma of shahi paneer hit my nose. Such a heavenly smell, I sighed thinking. I'm sure bhai is cooking for us today. Because shahi paneer is my favorite food and only bhai makes it the best, hands down.
In the kitchen as I said, Advik bhai was cooking and Ansh bhai is nowhere to be seen.
"Bhai you made shahi paneer today!" I said excitedly when I went near him.
He grinned at me and said "Yeah. I didn't make anything for my highness for a while, so I thought to make shahi paneer, my highness's favorite." He said and bowed his head at me which made me laugh loudly.
"Thank you bhai" I said and hugged him. At the same time Ansh bhai also entered the kitchen with two tubs of ice cream in his hands. Wow today is actually a great day for me.
"Hey! Why are you having a family hug without me." He said in an accusing tone. To which I smiled and opened my other arm for him to join us. He came running and hugged us tightly.
