Me and Colby have been talking for a while... so have Lexi and Sam. They seem to get a long pretty well. I felt kind of weird if I watched Sam and Colby while being friends with them. I can't believe this! I'm going out with Colby! I like him but to be honest, he won't like me. UGH! Now is not the time to be head-over-heels for some guy. I checked the time and it was... 12:57PM! Yes I have an hour but, it takes me that long to get ready! I quickly jumped in the shower and got out. I got dressed and did my skincare and did my makeup. I dried my hair and curled it. Before I could finish thinking I heard a honk at the front. I looked at the window to see Colby standing in the rain. He began walking up to my front door. I grabbed a small black back with a gold button and a golden chain and threw it over my shoulder. I ran downstairs to be met up with Colby.
"You look... better than I expected." Colby smiled at me, I felt my stomach turn and my face heated up.
"T-thanks, y-you look amazing! No- G-good! Handsome even! Wait uhm... sorry am I making this weird...? What I mean to say is you look good as well!" I totally blew my cover.
"Thanks. Here." He handed me an umbrella and I swear our hands touched.
"W-why d-di-didn't you use it...?" I asked after stepping outside and listened to the rain hit the umberlla.
"I figured you needed it more."
He's such a gentleman, he's so sweet, so gentle... what am I talking about! I'm just being delusional! Before I was able to open the door, HE opened it for me! He's so sweet. I just smiled and said thank you. I stepped into the car and he got into the drives seat.
