"It's pretty, like you." I could hear Colby's smile, I was blushing so hard.
"You.. You mean that?" I asked, clinging onto some hope that he meant it.
"Yeah, and... can I tell you something...?" He turned to me
"Sure go ahead." I turned my head to him, hopinh he'd say he liked me.
"Well, these past few months... you made a change in me, I like you Adilynn, a lot..." My heart was pounding, I wanted to say "I like you too" but why was it so hard, just say it! This is you're only chance!
"I...like you too.."
He let out a slight chuckle.
"So, it's official...?"
"What is? Wait-- me being.. YOU gf...?"
"Of course Adilynn, I wouldn't want any other girl being my girlfriend than you."
His words made me smile and I felt him leaning towards me was he... about to... kiss me? I turned my head to him, and it pretty much seemed that way. I gave him a quick kiss and he seemd surprised but then he smiled?
"Wasn't expecting that. Well, I got to get back to Sam. He's falling head-over-heels for your little Lexi friend there." He stood up and let out a hand for me to grab onto, and of course, I did. All the way back to him car we we're holding hands. It felt like a fairy tell.
I walked inside, screaming in the inside. I jumped on my couch and pulled out my phone and told Lexi all about it. She's such an amazing friend, I could tell her anything! Whatever... back to the point. I heard the ding on my phone and looked at what she said. But instead of her being proud of me... she seemed to send me a picture...? I opened the picture and immediately burst into tears. It was a picture of Colby kissing someone, that wasn't any of his past girlfriends, nor was it old. It was posted 2 days ago. I looked at Colby's story and he posted a picture of him
