The Crystal Clock

Eventually, I was able to gag up the opal. It took about fifteen minutes, but it somehow ended up working. However, when I went back to sleep, I had another horrible nightmare. This one was about a cult of some kind, all of the people in it wearing long, black cloaks with the hood over their heads. They were sitting in a circle, holding hands with the person next to them. In the center of the circle they formed, twenty five crystals, including the emerald, ruby, and opal that I had already found, which formed a star. It looked they they were chanting something, but I couldn't hear what it was because I can never hear people's voices in my dreams. Two days prior to today, on Easter day, I sent out a video to eight people. It was a video of me playing a theme song of a show from the nineteen eighties. Unsurprisingly, 19 was the only person who knew what is was, because she said that she used to watch the show as a child. When I finally woke up, it was around seven in the morning and the emerald necklace was on my bedside table. However, when I picked it up to take a closer look at it, the object turned out to be an emerald pocket watch. When I touched it, the watch transformed into a huge, clear, sphere with a door. I opened the door and stepped inside the sphere and there was a whole control concle in front of me. The panel consisted of a kind of steel wheel and a little rotating image, which at that moment, showed a picture of my bedroom. At this point, I figured what I was in, was government material, because only they have access to that kind of footage. However, that would mean that it also has the government symbol on it, a black heart, which was nowhere to be found. I searched everywhere for a camera, at least, somewhere in my house, but the only ones I saw were the ones the government implanted. In the end, I went back to my bedroom, back into the sphere and turned the wheel slowly to the left. When I did so, the sphere transported me to a kind of birthday party, the day I turned ten years old.

I never figured it out, how the whole thing worked, but it must've been a kind of transporter time machine device. The only other thing that I can compare it to is the TARDIS in Doctor Who, only more precise. I was able to travel through time and space now, which means that I can go back to that fire that killed everyone a year ago and save them. Looking at the wheel, I turned it slightly to the right and the image showed a picture of the building going up in flames. If I want to stop the fire altogether, then I should go back to before it started, even if that means having to relive a few days. I turned the wheel very gently to the left, but nothing happened, it still showed the same image, so then I spun it as hard as I could to the left, but still nothing. First, I'm threatened to death by a computer, and now I'm going to die in a fire from a pocket watch. I got out of the sphere and walked out to see the place up in flames, hearing people screaming and running from the building. In this moment, it occurred to me that this could have seriously mess up timeline. However, a minute later, a person running, passed straight through me, so it turned out that no one could see me and I can't interact with them and they can't interact with me. All I could do now was look at the burning building. It was pretty really, seeing all of those beautiful colors tair down the bricks, peice by peice. The last thing that I saw before I got back into the sphere was 19 forcing a black liquid into River's mouth and a second later, she fell to the ground. After seeing the horrific sight, I quickly opened the door to the sphere and got inside. Almost as soon as I did this, 19 looked directly at me. I thought no one could see me, so it didn't make any sense. She came sprinting towards me yelling something, so I immediately spun the wheel as far to the right as I could and I ended up back in my house. I was just going to turn the sphere back into a pocket watch, when I realized something. If I could travel anywhere in time, it's possible that I could see my family before the war happened.

That story is for another day though, I was already running late. I started getting dressed in black stretch pants, a sky blue shirt, knee high boots, and some silver rings. After I finished getting everything ready, I brought my necklaces, the opal, the mask, the book, and the poket watch with me. Unfortunately, I'm not able to travel into the future because that hasn't happened yet, so it isn't certain. In other words, I'm not able to see what happens later today, but I can travel back in time three seconds. Right before I was about to leave, Niko flew into my bag. I smiled and left out of the door to lead to the bus top. When the bus came, I immediately knew that we were going to pick up the kids from the other bus because they've been on our bus in the morning for months, so I don't think that they even have a bus driver to pick them up at this point. Every single time they come on our bus, it gets a hundred times louder, but I usually drown it out by blasting music into my eardrums through my earbuds. On the way to school, I took out the pocket watch and tried to take a close look at it. However, it turned out that when I tried to turn the dial on the side of the watch, but it wouldn't budge one bit. Even though there are many cameras on the bus, I figured that they've seen weirder things than this, they have bigger problems. Since I knew all of that, I tapped the pocket watch and it transformed into the sphere. I opened the door and turned the wheel slightly to the left. The picture showed another image of my bedroom, but it was taken a few days prior. I changed the sphere back into the pocket watch and checked the time. It changed from before, it changed from eight forty five in the morning to ten o' clock at night. That was pretty much the only reason I had for doing that in the first place and it worked, so I really had no purpose in being there. I then tapped the poket watch again and got into the sphere again. Then, I turned the wheel all of the way to the right and returned to my seat on the bus. Surprisingly, no one took any notice of anything that had happened, so I pretended that everything was normal and stayed quiet the rest of the ride to the school. Even the bus driver didn't notice, but it turned out that the camera cut out the footage somehow for some odd reason.
