Totally Broken

Chapter 7: Silence

Angie Pov:

It was Wednesday and I am so glad because that means the week is almost over. The last few days have been crazy for sure.

First of all, the Swag Crew has been on a rampage.

Every chance they get they are making fun of Yasmin. The other day I saw her walk out of the bathroom with tearstains, red eyes and a busted lip.

I tried to ask her what happened but she would not tell me, even though I already know what happened.

Next Jayceon and his slut of a girlfriend have been fighting and she takes her anger out on any and everyone. Her main target happens to be...you guessed it Yasmin.

I can see it in her eyes that she is so depressed, scared and just tired of all that has been going on.

She even tried speaking up but things have only gotten worse so she has completely shut down. She won't even talk to me and I am her best friend.

Right now we are at lunch, and of course Yasmin and I are sitting at our usual table and she looks so tired.

She wasn't eating at all she was just listening to music and staring into space.

"Yasmin, talk to me what's wrong?" She did not look at me she just blinked and then looked down.

"Please Yasmin, talk to me." She looked at me and then grabbed her phone.

She was on it for a few seconds and then put it away.

A few seconds later my phone vibrated, I picked it up and saw I had a message from Yasmin.

I opened the message and started to read it.

Yasmin- I am so tired of being picked on so I am just done talking for a while. I get shit at home and shit at school and I need a break. I have been crying for the last two days, so don't take me not talking to you personal I just need time to myself before I fully breakdown.

Once I finished reading the message I looked and saw a few tears roll down her cheeks and then the bell rang.

We both got up and headed to class.

For the rest of the day Yasmin did not speak and I just supported her decision.

Yasmin Pov:

I decided not to talk anymore since all it does it get me in more trouble. These last few days have been hell for me.

The Swag Crew and Jayceon's girlfriend have been bullying me heavy.

On Monday Rachel pulled me into the bathroom and started to kick me after Rene and Monice pushed me down on the floor.

No one knows but I have some bruises on my sides from these last two days. Now I thought Tuesday was going to be better because the girls were absent but I was completely wrong.

Chrystal and Jayceon have been fighting, no one knows the reason exactly. Ever since they have started fighting she takes her anger out on me.

Like Jayceon asked her why was she having and attitude and she screamed "you should know" he got fed up with the way she was acting and walked away. When he did this she got pissed off even more than she already was.

As she was walking down the hall later that day she made me drop my books and then pushed me into my locker.

I spoke up and asked her what her problem was and she went nuts and started to punch me.

I blocked her hits, but she got one shot in and busted my lip.

Now that it is Wednesday I have gotten pushed by Chrystal, my daily hits by that girls and of course being made fun of by Michael and donate.
