Aight, he's only obtainable through Swift Solutions. But you don't trade in the Gratitude Tokens for him.
You have to do three quests that are from him from Swift Solutions. They all have 'celebrated writer' in the quest. It's a pain because they show only randomly.
You get him for free after it but I hate Furnest because of this alone. Earliest people say you can get him is like Chapter 8. Read the Swift Solutions quests, clear them out if you want For a chance of the quest spawning-
