My disbelieving gaze followed the scraps of paper that slowly fell to the floor and collected into a small heap before I turned back to Wooyoung, who was still sitting next to me.
"Do you even know what was in there?" I asked him, slightly confused, as I hadn't expected what he had to tell me and what he had then done.
"Yes, but I don't want you to get divorced because I'm not going to marry you. Let's just say we swap roles, I'm also content to be your best friend from now on and you... go to him now, I've never seen him cry so much." he said, pushing me towards the door as if he couldn't wait to get rid of me.
"Are you sure?" I asked again, because of course I could see that his eyes were also glittering suspiciously.
"Yes, I am... sure it makes me sad too, but I've had months to think about everything and you weren't the only one who told me everything when I was in a coma... Seonghwa Hyung also sat there for hours and told me about you... I don't know half as much about you as he does and no matter how hard I've tried to ignore it for the past few days.... I can't, I'd never be sure if you were just staying with me out of obligation. Now go on and make him happy again." he tried to encourage me with a smile, but I knew he would be the one crying now, but I was met by Yeosang who nodded at me.
"Don't worry, San and I will take his mind off things today and look after him. He'll get over it quickly." He assured me and I smiled gratefully and with relief as I hurried down the stairs, ran to the apartment and headed straight for Seonghwa's room door. Without knocking, I entered and saw him lying in his bed, his shoulders rising and falling as I heard him sniffle softly. It hurt me so much to see him like that, getting the divorce papers and signing them must have cost him so much pain...
I lay down next to him and hugged him from behind while I kept blowing reassuring kisses on his neck. He wiped his eyes with the sleeve of his hoodie before turning to me and looking at me in confusion.
"What are you doing here? Did you sign?" he asked me, but instead of answering, I gently pressed my lips to his. at first he didn't move, too surprised by my action, but then his arms went around my waist and he pulled me closer to him as he returned the kiss just as sensitively as I did.
"No. And I never will..." I whispered between two kisses that became increasingly heated.
"What does that mean?" he wanted to know when he had let me go a little again.
"It means that Wooyoung and I are over and I don't want a divorce... I want to be your wife... and stay forever." I told him and wanted to kiss him again, because his lips were so incredibly addictive.
"Seriously?" he asked me as the corners of his mouth were already lifting into a beautiful smile and he only pulled me tighter and closer into his arms as I nodded in affirmation.
"I love you so much...." he said, before leaning closer to me again.
"And I love you too..." I breathed against his lips, which were so close to mine that I could already feel his hot breath and then we connected our trembling lips, which had only been a few millimeters apart anyway.
"Don't think that I'll ever let you go again..." he said after a long time in which we just lay there and cuddled up to each other, kissing again and again like teenagers in love.
"It's the other way around.... You'll never get rid of me now," I said with a grin, when suddenly the door to the room flew open and Yunho ran in, trying to hide behind the bed, but Jongho, who had been following him, spotted him immediately.
"Come out so I can pull your ears!" he shouted angrily, but Yunho just ducked his head with a grin so that Jongho wouldn't find him.
"If you don't come out and explain to me what that phone call was all about, I'll get the frying pan from the kitchen and send you back into a coma," he threatened and we saw Yunho laughing softly. Frustrated, Jongho sat down next to us and ran his fingers through his hair.
"What did he do?" I then dared to ask and Jongho spoke quickly and annoyed.
"He told the woman from the citizen service that we were a gay couple and now they want to bring us a child in three days..."
