Chapter 5

Right when I got inside I told Bailey every single detail of what happened between me and J tonight. Even about how he left without saying anything after our kiss. She was shocked but was so excited that we were finally getting somewhere because apparently she's "always known that we were gonna become more than just friends." according to her.

She told me to just wait it out tonight and try not to think about it too much cause I'll just go insane thinking about what's going to happen between us. She told me to see if he texts me tomorrow morning and if he doesn't then I'll see him the next day at school and we can talk about it then.

When she was done lecturing me about what I should do, I went to sleep because I was just exhausted because of all the traumatic things I went through today. I have no idea what Bailey was doing after I fell asleep.

I awoke expecting the find Bailey next to me but no one was there. I shot up out of my bed and began to roam the house looking for her. I looked at my phone and saw that it was 9:46am and I had no texts or anything from her. She had to still be here somewhere right? I had looked in every room in he house except for Jacks.

When I walked into his room I was so shocked at what I saw. Bailey was laying in Jack bed snuggling with him and neither one of them were wearing clothes from what I could see. I ran up to the side of his bed and shook her to wake her up.

When she had finally woken up she instantly sat up with her eyes wide. I felt like I was about to cry. I had just found my best friend in the world laying in my brother bed the morning after they had just had sex.

"What the fuck Bailey!" I screamed in her face.

"I swear Kaylen it's not what it look like!"

"Oh really? Cause it looks like I just found out that my best friend has been sneaking around with my brother and sleeping with him! How could you do this to me? I don't even want to talk to you right now."

"Please just let me explain." Bailey pleaded. By now, Jack had woken up due to the amount of yelling and was sitting up next to Bailey also with wide eyes just listening to us argue.

"No. please. just leave." I said and pointed to the door.

Bailey got up quickly and grabbed her clothes, put them on, and ran out the door.

I then looked at jack and I felt like I had steam coming out of my ears or something.

"WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU THINKING HAVING SEX WITH MY FUCKING BEST FRIEND? DID YOU THINK I WOULDNT FUCKING FIND OUT YOU PIECE OF SHIT! HOW COULD YOU FUCKING DO THIS TO ME?" I yelled these words as loud as I could. I normally wasn't one to cuss but I just couldn't control the amount of anger that was boiling inside me.

"Kaylen. I'm seriously so sorry. It won't happen again."

"Wont fucking happen again? That's all you have to say for yourself? No. Fuck you. Come to me when you have a real apology." I spat back and stormed out of the room.
