The Northern Parliement is one of the major nations in Azur Lane who represent the Soviet Navy during World War II.They are allied with the Azur Lane, who represent the Allies from World War II, comprising of the Eagle Union and Royal Navy as part of The Big Three, and the Dragon Empery and Iris Libre. Their place which is solitary and cold looks very missery, But don't be fooled by this place is so cold it can make you freeze like frozen meat in a super freezer.
This faction may have little combat capability, but the spirit of fighting for their motherland is ingrained in their flesh and there is a very strong sense of togetherness among them. No wonder why factions like Sakura Empire for an example, didn't have the courage to invade this frozen faction.
And now, we can see a very tall lady, where her appearance is very beautiful like an angel and is covered in a freezing cold aura, her eyes looked sharp like Joseph Stalin when he ruled his beloved country. She is Sovetska Soyuz, a Super Battleship of Northern Parliement and became the leadee of this faction. She is now in her office with her little sister Sovetska Rossiya who reading reports, and Sovetska Belourossiya who is looked at herself in a small mirror and admired her beauty. It was peacefull until 1 shipgirl named Avrora came to that office in a rush, like how those Soviet Army rush to defend their Motherland from the Nazi Germany.
