Arman is the God of Shelter. As patron of all that holds back the horrors of the world, he can be a very sturdy and serious god, but can also be very gentle with those who seek his help.
His job is to provide shelter when it is necessary. His large shield, when not mounted to his back like a giant turtle shell, is strong enough to hold back any threat, god or human made. Or even weather - the symbol in the middle can either heat up or cool down, depending on what is needed at the moment. Humans pray to him when they need protection from a certain threat. Like all gods, he decides whether or not to lend his shield. If it's something simple, like needing protection from the Sun on a beach day, or protection from the chill during winter, chances are he won't pay much attention. But if it's for something serious, like getting something important across dangerous and weather-beaten terrain, he will gladly lend his shield.
