*A few days later*
Vernon could tell something was up with seungkwan. Something he was not telling him. He's known it for a while since seungkwan's behaviour towards him had started to be very different. So he decided to ask him.
Currently the two of them were cuddling while watching a movie.
"Seungkwan"
Seungkwan abruptly sat upright looking at Vernon questioningly because Vernon never calls him by his real name since they've been a couple unless he wanted to talk about something serious. He swallowed a lump in his throat before answering his boyfriend.
"Yes?"
"I want to ask you something and I want you to be completely truthful to me. Ok?"
"Nonie~ I'll tell you the truth about anything you ask me"
"Then tell me what your hiding from me"
Seungkwan froze.
"I know you kwannie and I know your keeping something from me. Just tell me. Please"
Seungkwan looked up and was met with Vernon's brown eyes. He gulped before looking back down.
"Kwannie. Please tell me if something's wrong. You're worrying me."
Vernon saw that seungkwan wasn't willing to talk so he placed an arm around him, softly drawing circles on his back to calm him down. Vernon opened his mouth to speak but got interrupted.
" I need to get a heart transplant . My heart's failing me and I need to get it. The doctors given me 3 months and already almost 2 have passed. I know I need to get the transplant to survive but I can't do it. I'm scared"
seungkwan spilled everything he'd been hiding to Vernon.
" Do the others know?"
Seungkwan nodded and told him how they found out.
"Kwannie you know you need to do this right?"
"I know, but I'm scared"
seungkwan gave Vernon his puppy eyes and Vernon just sighed.
"You maybe scared but you need to go through with this. I promise you I'll be there when you wake up."
" What if I don't wake up?"
"You will"
" Ok. I'll go tomorrow then"
Vernon smiled that seungkwan was being so understanding.
"Should I go with you?"
" No. It's ok."
"Alright then"
The two of them spend the rest of the day together and the next morning seungkwan went to the doctor as promised.
