PROPOSAL
Author's Pov: "You can't marry him. Aradhya." Siddharth almost yelled but calmed down for his sister's shouting as the proposal wasn't for her.
"Why? Anna. Am I not good enough to marry him? Am I not that beautiful for marry him." She argued back.
"What was that, Ara? Have you gone mad or what? Mrs.Sumithra asked Adhithi for her son. Do you think I am kidding or what? She wants Adhithi to be the queen of 'Hunters' " Siddharth shouted losing his patience for her stubbornness.
"W-what?" Adhithi's voice cracked when she heard 'Hunters'. She rushed to her room and locked the door behind as the fear cladded in her heart. Like everyone she was just afraid of the Mafia. They can't be believed that easily especially after the attempt of kidnapping her which was happened a couple of days ago.
Siddharth sat on the couch in the living room while clenching his hairs in pressure.
TWO HOURS AGO, Sumithra Varma is sitting in front of Siddharth inside his cabin with a proposal. "What happened, Mr. Siddharth." Sumithra asked with a smirk which hasn't been unnoticed by him.
It has been three days since Adhithi has been almost kidnapped by some of his enemies, he complained to the police instead of going to 'Hunters'. Basically, every person who is in the upper class would go to them so that there will not be any police case which affects their reputation. But Siddharth being himself overprotective towards his little sister he considers her safety over his reputation.
He doesn't know the fact, Sumithra has some other plans with it. She purposefully set up the goons for her to kidnap. If she directly asked her hands for her son, Siddharth would politely refuse it. But the twist was that they were not the goons from Sumithra which was unaware by her.
When Siddharth filed a complaint to the police, they failed to find the person. Sumithra took this situation as an advantage to execute her plan. Adhithi is a girl who cares, sassy and brave, totally a queen of her world. She has a good business mind, many people in the upper-class society want her as their daughter in law. This thing added fuel to fire for Aradhya.
"Come to the point, Mrs. Sumithra. I know you won't go anywhere without any reason" Siddharth said.
"There are people out there for getting Adhithi, so, she will be safe if she was daughter in law of Varma's and next Queen for 'Hunters'." She spoke.
"I can understand, Mrs. Sumithra. But I don't have the idea to marry her off now also I was currently worried about my sister, Aradhya. She is still building her career." He made an excuse which failed.
"Oh my! But I want her as my daughter in law. Don't forget that I can even kidnap her if I want, Mr. Siddharth also I could make the shareholders of your company withdraw their shares." She blackmailed him. He knows he can't give up; he was just worried about her future. Marrying her off to Varma's isn't a bad idea, he actually admired Abhisheik for his character and his principles. Even though he is a mafia, he isn't a manwhore like many people.
