Q: Where exactly are Ankan, Vlieselina etc.? Can you show us the route that Akiko and Co. have travelled so far?
A: The journey started in Evida, a city, Northeast in the Oykot Kingdom.

After escaping from there, Zoro and Akiko sailed with a little boat to the nearby small island of Ankan and its village with the same name. Here, they found Heinrich's house and his notebook with a lot of information about the rebellion and Kizen's plans. They also upgraded to a slightly larger boat, which accompanies us until the current chapter.

From Ankan they sailed to Vliselina, a slightly bigger town where they could stock up on supplies... and met Johnny and Yosaku! (Vlieslina had joined forces with Ankan and Evida to act together against Kizen's troops, but had been quickly defeated. The city is known for its magnificent textiles)

Since then, the four of them sailed around the south coast of the island to Yuzu Town. Staying only for a brief time and enjoying their rich cultivation of yuzu fruits, they headed to the Yotsuba Islands region.

They reached the coastal town Lilina. While handing over a criminal at the 77th unit's Marine base, the group met Commodore Pudding Pudding.

In Lilina, Akiko left the guys.

From then on the main plot takes its course.

Q: What exactly does Pudding Pudding expect from Akiko as an informant?
A: Pudding Pudding is a fairly upstanding man in the Marine who is highly respected - both by the soldiers and the population. This may be because he has complete trust in his men (in fact, this arrogance led to his death) and not only saves the weak, but also punishes criminals mercilessly so that the victims feel a sense of justice. Nevertheless, he has enough decency to introduce himself when confronting an opponent and first ask them to give up.

Bounty hunters are a different topic: They are not pirates, but they are unwanted helpers of the Marine, who often turn into "bad guys".

It seemed strange to Pudding Pudding from the start that a young, innocent thing like Akiko was travelling with the already well-known Roronoa Zoro. In fact, he recognised from her manner of speaking that she must be a survivor of Evida.

While there was little help from the Marine for the people of Evida, that did not mean the Marine had not gathered information. And who can be of better help than a survivor who knew the city and Kizen's dictatorship like the back of her hand?

Pudding Pudding has his own plans when it comes to Kizen, and he can only carry them out if he prepares accordingly...

He is also more than aware that Akiko is the daughter of the rebel leaders Zerah and Daky Vansing...

Q: We actually survived the boys and Akiko at sea? Are Akiko's cooking skills good enough?
A: They are not. She can make a simple soup of water and herbs and at least has a sense of what's disgusting and what's not - unlike Luffy, Usopp and Co., who would pour everything in when Sanji isn't there. And you might not think so, but Zoro at least manages to cook rice. Nevertheless, this is not sufficient enough, and they prefer to settle down in a tavern on land.

Q: What are Akiko's strengths in battle?
A: Definitely their agility. As a child, she used to drive the opposing team crazy when they played Dodge Ball in school because it always took a very, very long time to catch her.

Q: Akiko, do you prefer winter or summer?
Akiko: Um... I think... winter. I like summer, but it's hot and I get sunburned too easily!
Johnny: It's probably because of your red hair!
Yosaku: Why?
Johnny: Because redheads often have a higher risk for sunburns. There skin is more sensitive!
Akiko: Anyway, I prefer it when it's cooler and I don't sweat every time I move.
Zoro: I don't see the problem. When you train, you sweat, too?
Akiko: ...Zoro, I'm going to bite my tongue so not to bring up all of you disgusting showering behavior.
