Peoples always lived for the goal to achieve something, in the most olds time, motivation was always found to achieve something. Something big, or not, just the slightest relief that something is done always make them feel like they have a purpose in life.
The joy of a kid that finally achieved to ride the bike without the safety wheels is even comparable to a man achieving to create the fist car in history as long as their started with a "I could never" though, that ended in a "if not me, who" and then, they achieved something and grown, and helped the world to grow as well.
That's what I had in mind at first, when it all started, I just wanted to achieve my dream, something big for me but mostly like a side quest for the world around.
Ah if i knew! I think the way to do something differ from who do it, and the purpose of the result as well differ from the one who get it in the end.
A vampire.
What did I had in mind while looking around for those underground bloodsuckers, sorry for the therm- I don't remember what put me on that way, maybe I heard stories, maybe it was an actuality subject, but what is sure is that it gained my attention, and even more, my mind, my soul, my conscience and my life.
To put your nose in what don't concern you you always end up in trouble!
I was aware, but not scared, the most dangerous thing you can fo to yourself is ignoring the dangers you put on your way by being so bold. I was to young and to hyped to think clearly, that was my reason to live, my research were finally blooming! Can you just take a moment to image the euphoria of one's mind when they find the very proof that their obsession over their past years of life was worth it, when they finally have the power of showing to every single one that did not believe in them because they were crazy that they were right!
If you can imagine that then my friends, you will understand why I acted to foolishly.
I had a friend, that, knowing about my burning interest for the undead, told me about a story he hear from man, old friend of his dad. A strange murder, a vampire, in our city.
When I heard those words my heart was pounding as hard as ever, even close to the rhythm it take when you taste the famous red blood for the first time- Excitation gained through every part of my body I headed back to my home looking for everything I could, assembling everything I had already.
I was ready to go and get at least an interaction with the being.
Even at the cost of my life I needed to know if all my effort were in vain.
You probably guessed that I did find the vampire, my mind state shouldn't be mentioned, for my own sake, but you are free to use imagination of course.
I stalked that corpse for days, trying to convince them, to make me one of them, to give me the blood. They didn't wanted. I was lucky that they did not killed me ok the spot, I was to them, a really interesting little mortal, maybe, even a really good entertainment.
But no matter what they were saying to try to convince me I couldn't accept no as as an answer. So I tried something else, I trapped them, and I took what I wanted by myself.
I had enough knowledge, to much knowledge, so much that it killed me.
No need to mention that the vampire abandoned me there neither, I did not need a mentor anyways, that was my luck, only luck. I returned to my house, proud, so proud, I wasn't even thinking of proving anyone wrong anymore, I had more! I had it all! I was my very obsession I could have all the answers by myself! I achieved even more than my dream.
Years passed and I was my most hurtful torture, I'll spare you the details, at least it wasn't for nothing I did made discovery about myself.
But the more I had answers, the more I had supposition, and the more I had new questions.
And that's the reason why I started to look around for others vampires, I was convinced there was a way more larger possibility than just me, more species, more kind, more different powers!
I wanted to learn it all, to get all the answers to the news question even if that mena finding more mystery!
So I looked everywhere around the world for centuries.
And tonight I managed to have you all there finally, I was right.
What an achievement.
