And when she died, I vowed to protect them from themselves, to guide them onto a righteous path. But the only way I could do that was if I lived forever as well...I found a spell in my mother's grimoire. A spell that could give me what I desired. Although, that is not the only way I can die. Witches always love finding loopholes, especially the dead ones. THE COVEN'S HERITAGE
The Eternal Circleis one of the nine covens in the French Quarter, consisting of a group of Elemental witches, who all come frompowerful witch bloodlines. The coven was created by Kasper Mikaelson in 1920. The coven is easily identified by the tattoo each witch has on their hand. The coven is well known for their strong connections to each of the elements; air, water, earth, fire and spirit. They are also known for using potions and magic to slow down the aging process, some members even exceeding 100 years old.
