"Lately, I've been cold, like the world is moving on and I'm being left behind, I don't know what to do," Stiles explains, his hand rubbing his arm.
His therapist nods, writing down something before she looks up at Stiles. "Is this feeling constant? Or when you overthink?"
"Honestly, recently it's been constant, but then it feels like I get pulled back into reality," Stiles answers, his leg starting to bounce.
"Mm," The therapist hums. "Do you have anyone that doesn't make you feel like that? Like you can move at your own pace?"
Only two people come to his mind and Stiles blushes as he looks down at his lap. Was it even a question? Of course Violet and Louis made him feel better, making him feel like he could move at his own pace. Maybe it was the mate pull, or just the simply attraction he felt towards them. Whatever it was, he was not complaining.
The therapist chuckles, looking at the young male. "No need to worry, you don't have to talk about them, but whoever they are, keep them close, they seem to be good for you,"
"They are," Stiles looks up at her with a smile, his chest tightening at the way he said it so easily.
"Good," The therapist smiles softly at him.

"kiddo, are you doing okay?" Noah asks, briefly looking at his son before looking back to the road.
Stiles turns his head to his father, a genuine smile forming on his face. "Yeah, Dad, why?"
"Nothing, just noticed you barely hang out with the pack, just making sure," Noah says sincerely.
Stiles nods, his hand rubbing at his arm again, the reminder of his scars. "Yeah, it's just I need a break, you know, there's nothing wrong, it's just I feel suffocated around them," He half lies.
"Hey, as long as you're okay, that's all I care about, son," Just then, Noah pulls into the driveway of their house.
As the car shuts off, Stiles hurriedly gets out and bends over to look into the window. "Be safe, I'll bring you lunch later, and we can have a birthday lunch,"
Noah smiles at his son. "Sounds like a plan, see you later son," He says, starting up the car and driving out of the driveway and down the street to the department.
Stiles waits for his dad's cruiser to disappear around the corner before he spins around and rushes inside the house.
As he comes to a stop in front of his room, he raises his hand and grabs the knob.
