Chapter 7

Cale, deon and basen were called to their's father's office in the evening to discuss something important

"Cale , you going to the royal palace as our county representative this year" deruth said,
"Father can i join Hyung as well? " deon asked, deruth and basen looked surprised at deon's request as deon had always denied going to any political event

'Must be because cale is going and these two are always together' deruth thought, "but deon you have bad health are you sure you're going to be ok?" . "Yes father i be alright, plus Hyung is with me"  ,
"ok if you say so,make sure to not be under direct sunlight" ,
"yes father"
"You may be in 3 days from now"

"Hyung, i think you'll never get your slacker life, i think father wants you to be heir now"
Deon said while drawing something. Cale looked at his brother horrified about the possibility of him been a the next count. "Oh hell no, basen will be the next count." Deon started laughing at his brother's reaction
"You love teasing me don't you?"
"It's fun, seeing your reaction, its too fun to stop" . Cale gave him an unimpressed look

"Hyung what are your plans from here?"
"We will be rescuing a dragon after we near a village, he's been held captive there"
"Oh,ok i understand but how did you know there’s a dragon near the village ?" Deon asked looking suspicious of cale. Cale sighed trying to hide his nervousness "i got the information for a agent friend of mine, no need to that suspicious of me"

Deon still locked somewhat suspicious

"Do you need anything from the capital? Basen, lily?" Cale asked. The siblings looked somewhat nervous, "i want a sword Hyung" lily said " i wish to be stronger and protect the county"

"I want a new pen, Hyung" basen asked. "Ok i get them for you on my way back, take care"
Cale replied as he ruffled their hair.

"Hyung the carriage is ready let's go, oh bye basen, lily see you in a few days!"
"Bye deon/Hyung "

Cale went with deon to the carriage, while on their way some knights looked uncomfortable or nervous, deon held his hand "don't mind them,they don’t know the truth" deon whispered smiling.

'Should i take deon with me to rescue the Dragon?, yes he does know (mostly) about his plans but there will be alot of arm soldiers there and deon has no experience in fighting. I shouldn't him i make some excuse to by' cale thought as they were near their destination.

He looked to his side where deon was sleeping,he smiled and went to wake up. "Deon wake up, we are almost there. You can sleep in the inn after eating" deon whined about how it's too early and he's too tired but woke up in the end, looking somewhat angry
'Now he just reminds me of a cat' cale thought

We finally reached, we ate together as i started drinking, i only need a bottle or two to look drunk 'advantages of having a high tolerance for alcohol ' cale thought as he was helped to his room by choi han and deon.

"Deon come your sharing with me" cale said, "but i am not a child tho"
"Aww really? I thought you were just a baby, now come"
Deon huffed and come inside with cats in his arms, they gave him a curious look. After closing the door and instructing choi han to come after everyone has left or fell sleep. "So what's the plan Hyung?" Deon asked while patting the cats

"Me, choi han, on and hong will go to rescue the Dragon you will be here, if anyone comes"
Cale said while checking for all necessary items, "Wait i thought i was going too". "No we need someone here, plus choi han is there to take care of most things" cale said hopeful that deon would buy his excuse. "Ok, give this to the dragon, it might not help him much but it can help a little" deon said as he handed him some food. "This is for the dragon?" Cale asked "yes i had gotten some for on and hong, so i decided to find some more too". Cale patted his hand "aren't you kind?"

Cale was helping the dragon drink the healing potion, "here have something to eat,my brother brought it for you" he put it in front of the dragon. After a few minutes of him not moving, cale sighed "take it, its not poisoned or have anything harmful"

Cale got up, "are we not taking him?" Choi han asked "No, of course not, dragon is free to go and whatever he wants. I have spent alot of money on him for him just to caged again" cale replied.

The dragon looked at him with suspicious look as if not believing him " i am going to leave and do whatever i want!" He said

"Ok , go you're free now"
"Yea! I can do whatever i want" he smiled while eating

Deon woke up in a room filled with darkness.
He looked around 'where am i? '

"My child you're awake"

He looked at the man with white hair and bronze skin
