Welcome to book two of Secrets! Please see the description for the trigger warnings.
Just a few things before we get started. If you see a spelling error, feel free to point it out respectfully. This does not include names since Bakugo and Bakugou are both correct. Also, certain words can be spelled differently, depending on where you're from—for example, Grey and Gray.
I also have to include something else that I never thought I would, but please be kind. Be kind to me and each other. If you don't like the story, that's fine. Tbh, I don't either. But don't be mean to others who do. The amount of arguments I've had to break up, and people I've had to mute is insane.
Be kind and enjoy the read.

"Are you guys alright?" Kirishima asked Bakugo and Midoriya, nudging his best friend with his elbow. "Do you two know Tanaka and Akio?"
"They probably weren't expecting us. We all went to middle school together, and I'm sure we just surprised them." She took a step closer and narrowed her bright blue eyes. "Right, Izuchan, Kacchan?"
Midoriya was frozen. Even if he wanted to, he couldn't move. In the end, Bakugo was the one who was able to function first.
"Yeah," he eventually said. "Took us by surprise."
"Y-You t-two go here n-now?" Midoriya asked.
"Yeah!" Tanaka replied happily. "They usually don't take students mid-year, but with the right persuasion, anyone is able to do anything!" She winked, which caused the rest of the class to laugh. The only two who didn't laugh were Bakugo and Midoriya because they knew how true that statement was.
"Are you two ready to join rotation?" Iida asked.
Before Midoriya or Bakugo could come up with a lame excuse to ditch, Kaminari chimed in, saying, "We only have five minutes until our lunch break, anyway. Let's just call it early."
Iida wasn't happy about his perfect schedule being messed up, but he let it slide, assuming Bakugo and Midoriya wanted to catch up with their old friends.
Todoroki and Kirishima were the only ones who had figured out that Bakugo and Midoriya didn't want to talk to either of them. Midoriya looked terrified, and Bakugo looked like he was going to be sick.
When everyone started making their way toward the dorms, Todoroki and Kirishima stayed behind with Midoriya and Bakugo, who were still pretty much frozen to the spot.
"Is that..." Kirishima's voice trailed off as he watched the class walk away. He didn't know her name when Bakugo told him about her. But judging by their reactions, he assumed she had to be the person who messed them up in middle school. He'd never seen anyone else shut them down like that.
"Yeah," Bakugo said quickly.
"You told him?" Midoriya asked, still staring directly in front of him.
"Fragments," Bakugo replied.
"I didn't process it when she told us her name," Todoroki murmured.
Bakugo raised a brow, silently asking his boyfriend what he told his ex. To which he replied, "A little more than fragments." He trusted Todoroki with his life, and although he wasn't sure whether or not he was ready to tell someone about what he had gone through, he felt relieved after he finally told Todoroki.
"Where's Aizawa?" Bakugo asked.
"At this time of day? Patrolling," Kirishima said. "What can we do to help? We'll walk you guys to Nezu if you need." Kirishima didn't get as much detail as Todoroki had, but he didn't need it. He realized how serious the issue was when his best friend decided to open up to him.
