My name is Karl Bauer. I am 68 years old right now, But it all started when I was 15 years old.

I was still in school. I had a big crush on this girl, her name was Eva. She was the sweetest. She would always make my day whenever I felt down. Her soft blonde hair would fly in the wind and her smile could lighten up a room. She would always make me laugh. I wanted to confess my love to her, but I was too scared. I would always delay it because I was too nervous. Scared of embarrasing myself.

What if she would never want to see me again? What if she would laugh at me? What if I made her uncomfortable? What if she rejected me and I embarassed myself? I was so scared of losing the connection we had. Of losing her.

Though still, I wanted to tell her. But every time I wanted to, my mouth shut off. I couldn't say a word. She made me happy, but also very nervous. I was very shy around her.

I would always delay my confession. "tomorrow will be it" I said. But that tomorrow never came.

Because Eva Braun, had died.

She died before I could say anything. Before I would confess my love to her. After that, I kept asking myself, What would've happen If I just confessed?

It haunted me for the rest of my life. I am now 68 years old and still couldn't move on.

Just what if?

The next day was Saturday. Noah was free from school today and Stephan was with him. But Noah mostly gets tasks in the weekends. They got an call today, another task. A haunted house. Stephan was allowed to go with him.

While they were heading to the haunted place, Stephan thought it was a good time to ask about his glowing hair.

"Oh that." Noah said.

"There are alot of different sorts of ghosts." Noah answered.

"Some still have their memory, others lose it. Some of them lose it in little glowing balls with their memories in, I call them memoryballs."

"What a lame name." Stephan answered.

Noah looked at him with a bored face before continuing. "and they have to find them all and put them together to get their memories back like a puzzle." Noah explained.

Stephan thought it was kind of weird. Why would that even happen?

They arrived at the place. It was a pretty small house. Noah knocked on the door.

An old man in a wheelchair opened the door. "I don't buy" he said immediately after seeing Noah.

"Oh no no sir I am the exorcist you called." Noah answered.

The old man looked confused at the little exorcist before him. He doubted, but let him in anyway.

"I didn't know kids did that exorcism stuff too" He said while Noah was walking in.

It was a small house with 3 rooms, and it looked like the old man lived alone.

Noah immediately started to look around the room, but didn't see anything. He grabbed some sort of little radar. It looked like a little box with a little radar on it. "What is that?" The old man asked. "Oh this just helps me locate them." Noah answered.

"Do you mind me taking a look around?" Noah asked.

"Of course." The old man answered.

"So how long has this been going on?" Noah asked while walking around the room slowly watching radar.
