"Come on, I'll make you food," Jisung suggested, attempting to rise from the bed, but I held onto him tightly. "No, I want to stay in bed with you. I just got you back," I whispered, unwilling to let go of the precious moment we shared. "Baby... you honestly look like a corpse. You lost so much weight because of me," he murmured, gently urging me to release my grip. "I just forgot to eat. It was my mistake," I mumbled, feeling a pang of guilt at the concern etched on his face.
"When did you have a proper meal the last time?" he asked, genuine concern coloring his voice. "When did you?" I countered, curious about his own well-being. "The boys made sure I ate at least one warm meal a day. Once Changbin practically forced me to eat, and he can be so annoying," he admitted, his tone laced with gratitude for his friends' care. "Now answer my question."
"Two days ago," I confessed in a barely audible whisper. "You didn't eat for two days?" he asked, shocked by my revelation. "I did eat... I just didn't eat properly. Yui tried to make me something, but I leave the house when she's still asleep and I come home when she's already sleeping again. She leaves food for me, and I eat a little bit of it every night, just so she doesn't feel bad," I admitted, feeling a weight lift off my shoulders as I shared my secret with him.
Jisung buried his face in his hands, his distress palpable. "I'm such a bad person," he whispered, his voice laden with self-condemnation. "It's not your fault," I reassured him, reaching out to comfort him in turn. "Please just let me make you something," he pleaded earnestly. After a moment's hesitation, I finally nodded. "But you need to eat something yourself," I insisted firmly. "Fine," he acquiesced reluctantly, agreeing to my condition.

I stood by Jisung's side at the stove, watching as he skillfully prepared pancakes, my hand lightly touching him as if to reassure myself of his presence. "It's mesmerizing," a voice spoke from behind us, causing both of us to turn around simultaneously. It was Lee Know standing in the doorway. "What?" Jisung asked, a hint of confusion in his tone.
"It's like you are one. When he's moving, you are moving, and the other way around," Lee Know remarked, his observation drawing a small smile to my lips, the first in what felt like an eternity. Jisung, noticing my smile, dropped the spatula he was holding and pulled me close to him. "God, I missed that smile," he whispered into my hair, his arms enveloping me in a tight embrace.
As Jisung held me, Lee Know chuckled softly and gently nudged us away from the stove so he could turn the pancakes before they burned. Jisung released me and hugged Lee Know gratefully. "Thank you for bringing her here," he murmured sincerely. "Just stay together this time," Lee Know replied simply, a warm smile gracing his features as he spoke.
Jisung reclaimed the spatula from Lee Know and resumed cooking. Once the pancakes were ready, he seated me at the kitchen table and placed a heaping plate in front of me. Surprisingly, it was the first time since he left me that I truly felt hungry, and I eagerly dug into the food without hesitation.
One by one, the other boys drifted into the kitchen, each grabbing a plate of pancakes and joining us at the table. For a while, silence enveloped us, a rare moment of tranquility amidst the chaos of recent events. I found solace in the quiet companionship, realizing that these boys could be surprisingly subdued when the situation called for it.
"So, what are you going to do, Han?" Bangchan eventually broke the silence, his gaze fixed on Jisung. "Because you two separating isn't an option anymore." "I'm going to tell management to shut up. What will they do, kick me out? I'd like to see that," Jisung declared defiantly, his determination evident in his tone. I couldn't help but smile, grateful for his newfound resolve to stand up for us. While I wished he had done so sooner, I understood the complexities that had held him back.
"It's not like there were even rumors or something. They simply didn't like how I introduced her song," Jisung continued, his frustration palpable as he devoured his pancake with a mix of anger and hunger. "We can help you talk to them," Jeongin offered, extending his support, but Jisung shook his head decisively. "I'm heading there now," he declared, determination flashing in his eyes, "after eating." With a small smile, I continued to eat, feeling a sense of relief knowing that Jisung was finally taking charge of our future together.

"Come on, Baby," Jisung said, gently pulling me in front of a imposing door. "I'm nervous," I admitted, my voice barely above a whisper. "We'll be fine," he reassured me, though his tone lacked conviction. With a deep breath, Jisung knocked on the door, and we waited anxiously for a response. A voice from inside beckoned us in, and Jisung led the way, holding my hand firmly as we entered the room.
Inside, three men sat, their gazes immediately fixing on us, then on our intertwined hands. "Jisung, we forbid you to date her," the man seated in the middle stated firmly. "I don't care," Jisung shot back defiantly, pulling me closer to his side, "I refuse to follow your stupid rules. I won't stop seeing her, and I won't allow you to confiscate my phone again. I'm not a child, nor am I a puppet for you to manipulate."
"There will be consequences-" the man to his right began. "Consequences? Go ahead, tell me what they are," Jisung interrupted, his resolve unwavering. "Will you kick me out? Fine. Let's see how the fans react to that. Or maybe I'll just post an Instagram story exposing you. I'm sure you wouldn't want that, would you?" The third man directed his attention to me. "You're aware that you're tarnishing his image, right?" he remarked, his tone accusing.
I locked eyes with the man who dared to question my presence, anger surging within me. Before Jisung could speak, I seized the opportunity to confront them. "You should be ashamed!" I exclaimed, addressing all three of them. They stared at me dumbfounded, but I refused to back down.
"Just because they're in your band doesn't give you the right to dictate their personal lives. They're more than capable of standing on their own. This controlling behavior is beyond messed up. Don't you have families? Imagine someone telling you that you couldn't see your wifes anymore. How would that feel?" I challenged them, my words cutting through the tense atmosphere in the room.
They exchanged glances, clearly taken aback by my boldness. "Fine. You can stay together. But we don't want to see any dating rumors," one of them relented, his tone begrudging. Jisung chuckled, a hint of defiance in his voice. "Or else?" he taunted, knowing full well that their authority was dwindling in the face of his growing independence. The men's expressions soured at his response."Fine. But at least no inappropriate behavior in public!" the middle one interjected, attempting to salvage some semblance of control. Jisung flashed a mischievous grin. "That's a compromise I'm willing to accept," he declared, his confidence unwavering as he stood his ground alongside me.
