(Phone rings)
"I'm sorry. Hello?"
"Sonny, it's Emily."
"Where are you?"
"I'm at the PCPD. Listen, I think I'm going to need help."

"What makes you think that I had anything to do with Michael's disappearance?"
Emily sighs in frustration as she looks at Durant
"Oh, come on, you and I both know that Sonny and Jason have a habit of using women in their criminal activity."
"Like you're doing right now?"
"You are becoming dangerously close to being charged as an accomplice."
Durant replies back to Emily.
"And you're close to being charged with violation to a citizen's right to counsel before questioning - - or in this case, rail roading."
Reese replies back to Durant.
Sonny walks right in the interrogation room and right towards Emily.
"You ok?"
"Yeah, I'm - - I'm fine. He has nothing."
Durant looks at all three of them.
"You're hiding your brother, Sam and Michael on Spoon Island. Right now I got officers out there gathering evidence - -
Sonny looks at Durant.
"You have a search warrant?"
"Emily aided and abetted!"
"In order words, you don't."
Reese replies back to Durant.
"All right, look, you're both stonewalling. A family of fugitives is on the run, you know where they're hiding, and you're breaking the law remaining silent."
Durant replies back to them.
"Emily, you're free to go, and whatever Durant's goons have against you will be inadmissible."
Reese says to Emily while staring at Durant.
"If Jason and Sam don't turn themselves in, I'm going to move forward and charge them, and I get plenty to prosecute."
Durant replies back to them.
"Maybe you didn't hear right. Emily's free to go."
Nikolas says to Durant.
Emily looks at Sonny.
"I want to thank you for coming."
"No. Hey, thanks for calling."
Emily then turns her attention to Nikolas.
"All right, Listen, I know that you're upset that I called Sonny and not you."
"You're just lucky you're not in jail, Emily."
"Can we talk about this somewhere else, please?"
"Well, that doesn't surprise me. We don't talk about much of anything anymore."

Minutes later Emily and Nikolas arrive on Spoon Island.
"Look, I can believe that you would hide Jason, Sam and Michael in the grottoes. I - -I don't blame you. What I can't buy is why you wouldn't let me know about it."
