Why should I be important in their conversation...? That's really weird. A sigh left my lips. I wouldn't get an answer out of his mouth anyway.
When he noticed that I gave up trying to squeeze answers out of him, he sighed in relief, which confused me even more. "Uh, you should maybe change your clothes," he said. That got me thinking even more. "Does my outfit that I'm wearing right now not fit?" I asked, confused. "No, no, no, you just have to... dress up fancier! Like I said, the meeting is very important!" he said quickly. I looked at my 'mother', who had remained silent during our conversation.
When she noticed that I was staring at her, she looked at her lap quickly. Strange... "Don't worry about the outfit. Your maid will choose an outfit for you later and give it to you.", he tried to calm me down. I then looked at the maid and she just nodded. After the strange conversation with my 'parents' I left the dining room and looked for my bedroom. Of course I got lost a few times, but I found my bedroom eventually.
