We made our way downstairs. We were now standing in front of the door, I placed a hand on my chest. Why am I so nervous all of a sudden? "You don't have to be nervous, the prince is nice.", she said. I nodded my head and the maid slowly opened the door.
She went in first and then I walked in with slow steps. As I walked into the room I felt curious eyes on me, but I looked down to avoid eye contact. The maid led me to my seat, which was between my 'parents'. I crouched down on the chair.
"There you are, Soobin! We've been waiting for you.", my father said. He acts like it took me 10 years. I rolled my eyes internally. "He had to get ready for his husband.", my mother said in a teasing voice. When she said that you could hear laughter in the room. Embarrassing... that was the first word that crossed my mind. Now, I understand why the real prince wanted to change his life, I thought as I glared at her.
