Chapter 23 | bad thoughts.

<Y/ns pov>

As soon as class was over, I rushed out of it- Not even thinking of my friends or even Mattheo..
I couldn't believe what had just happened there in that classroom. Ms Umbridge and I had never EVER gotten along. I mean, she can teach that's for sure! But she can be a right old moody bitch. I hated her, All my hate I thought I should just keep in the back of my head sprung back out. I was so surprised of what flew out of that Closet. I mean I could have been loads of things, a spider.. no no or maybe even a creepy old man.. I don't know, but that fact 'the person who shall not be named' Came out really got me by surprise. But seeing Mattheo jump out infront of me and shout "Riddikulus" was .. I don't know how to describe it, I knew he'd keep my safe but even if it was just a Boggart. He kept his promise.

Y/n walked straight back to her Dorm and slammed the door behind her, she felt like the whole world was caving in on her. She couldn't bare the thought of going back in that classroom. Seeing someone .. so frightening up close for a moment was terrifying.
Suddenly a light knock appeared on her door.
"hey love, c-can you open the door please?" It was Mattheo, his voice seemed so clear and kinda shook too. Y/n stood up and opened the door slowly before rushing into his arms and he hugged her tightly.
"I'm sorry... I'm sorry he scared you.." Mattheo rocked her comfortably trying to calm her.
Y/n began to tear up, " t-t-thank you, it was so terrifying when he was up close.." she mumbled into his shirt.
Mattheo sighed " I know, I know.." He gently picked Y/n up and walked into her room, He closed the door behind them and place y/n gently down on her bed and walked over to the other side where he pulled her in. He kissed her forehead a couple times before speaking.
"do you want to chill her? Or go to the library while it's still quiet?" He smiled softly.
Y/ns eyes seemed more calm, she spoke.
"can we go to the Library please..?" -
Mattheo nodded, and they both got up off her bed and headed for the door and walked to the Library.

Once they Arrived, they picked the table from when they got together. It made Y/n smile that Mattheo picked it.
"awe Matt, it's the table where we got together!" She smiled with a small chuckle.
Mattheo let out a small laugh.
" of course, it's our place."
He gently wrapped his arms around her from behind and kisses the side of her face. Mattheo sat down as Y/n went over to the Book Case infront of the Table and picked a couple books. One in particular was about Quidditch, while the others where about Midnight Creatures like Wear wolves and mystical creatures.
"interesting selection mylove." Mattheo laughed, looking at the Midnight Creatures on the front cover.
Y/n chuckled. " Hey! I think they are really interesting.." she smiled.
Mattheo grew a smirk across his face and leaned in.
"you know what interests me.." he leaned in more, as y/n's stomach was full of butterflies.
"..what..?" Y/n smirked back, feeling all flirty.

"quidditch." Mattheo spoke in a dry tone, He tried not to cringe and laugh but couldn't help himself. All that sly flirty-ness had gone.
"..HUH?" Y/n shouted at him, feeling annoyed.
Mattheo laughed loudly and slapped his hand on the table.
"you actually thought.." he couldn't contain himself, Y/n simply rolled her eyes but found it kinda amusing.
"speaking of quidditch, isn't the big match soon?"
Y/n asked.

Mattheo flicked through the Quidditch book and nodded.
"yep, it's on Thursday. It's Slytherin Vs Gryffindor.
Those bastards won't know what hit 'em" Mattheo smirked proudly, he felt his team would win.
Y/n playfully hit Mattheo on the arm.
"nu uh, You can't say that!! I'm friends with some Gryffindors." -
Mattheo Rolled his eyes
"oh what-ever sis?!" he clicked his fingers in y/n's face and stuck his lips out.
Y/n laughed, before he joined her.

<Time Skip, 2 hours>

Y/n and Mattheo had been chilling in the Library for over 2 hours and it was nearly the whole castle curfew for all students.
"ready to go my darling?" Mattheo held out his hand for Y/n's.
"yep, all ready!" Y/n smiles, holding his hand firmly.

As Y/n and Mattheo got back to Y/ns dorm, They got all ready for Bed and prepared for tomorrows classes.
Both got into bed Calmly and both cuddled down together.

I kept tossing and turning in my sleep, I couldn't get to sleep. Everything that's Been happening these past days have been over taking my mind and I can't stop thinking about it. From going away for a couple days without telling anyone - then to telling my girlfriend I'm a death eater! It's all too much...
