Chapter 25 | the morning of the match

Today is the day of the Final Quidditch match of the year, Everyone is preparing and getting sorted for the match later on today. It starts at 9:45, First is Hufflepuff V Ravenclaw. Then at 11:45 it's Slytherin V Gryffindor.

<Y/ns pov>

I wake up to Mattheo stressing out over his uniform and is stressing on the whole match. I sit up slowly and he looks over, he gives me a small smile before saying. " Morning gorgeous.." He fiddles with his uniform and sorts out his hair before rushing back into the Bathroom. I chuckle a bit before saying
"matt, slow down.. you still have 3 hours.." I get up from bed and stand in the doorframe of the bathroom. Mattheo walks over to me and kisses my cheek quickly before grabbing his broom and kit. I look at him, "...your gonna do fine!!.." I walk over to him and hug him tight. Mattheo lets out a massive sigh, before grabbing hold on me tightly.
"..thanks.. I'm just really stressed!" I slowly rub my hand on the back of his head and smile. " I know, but you've got nothing to worry about. You've got all your kit ready, Your brooms all ready to go. Nothing to panic about." I reassure him. He nods his head slowly and then let's go of me, He then steps closer to the door before I wonder.
"wait where are you going? It's a bit early Matt."
I chuckle, crossing my arms.
"darling, me and the boys are planning and practicing before the game. It helps our mind get into the right mindset.." He smirks, holding onto his broom. I smirk back at him, as I check him out.
".. ohh okay, Well enjoy! And I'll be watching you laterz " I smile at him, before kissing him. As soon as I pull away he has a big smile on his face.
"thanks love, I love you.." he steps out the door as I speak back, " love you more.."

As Mattheo left, Y/ n was on her own. She sat back down on her bed and looked out of the window. She noticed how people were setting up the Pitch ready for the game.
Y/n started to get changed and did her hair and makeup before walking down to the Common room being greeted by Pansy.

"Heyy girl.." - Pansy smiles, sitting next to Theo.
Y/n smiles at her, sitting in the opposite sofa.
"hey guys, y'all okay?" Y/n asks, Pansy starts to stand before Theo pulls her back down.
Y/n notices Pansy giggling in a very 'pick me' way. She stood up and headed for the door before Theo shouted back at her.
"y/n, be a darling and lock the door please?" he smiles, before pinning Pansy down on the sofa. You couldn't even see her!! Y/n nodded with a smirk before heading down to the pitch to watch the first match...
