Author's POV...
After the announcement, Hunk and Atsuko stood up "What's going on? Is that a meteor?" Hunk asked and pointed to the sky Lance,Pidge and Atsuko looked at the sky seeing a meteor coming into Earth's atmosphere.
"A very, very big meteor?" Hunk said, Pidge grabs his binoculars "it's a ship." Pidge said when Lance yanked the binoculars from him "Holy cow!" Surprised Lance.
"I can't believe what I'm seeing! That's not one of ours!" Said Lance Atsuko looks in shock a ship coming down to Earth's surface soon. "No it's one of theirs.." Atsuko said to them.
"So,wait there really are aliens out there?" Hunk said worried when the ship crashed on Earth's surface and vehicles came out drive towards to crash ship.
"We've got to see that ship!" Pidge said excitedly as he ran towards the door with Lance and Atsuko following "Hunk, come on!" Lance said to him. "Oh, this is the worst team-building exercise ever!" Hunk said to himself.

Lance was using Pidge's binoculars "Whoa! What the heck is that thing!" He said in shock seeing an alien ship. "And who the heck is she~" Lance said in a flirty way looking at a random woman when Atsuko smacked him on the head "Get your head in the game!" She said "Ow! Right, alien ship. Man, we'll never get past all of those guards to get a look" Lance told them.
"Aw, man...yeah,yeah, I guess there's nothing to do but head back to the barracks, right?" Hunk asked as he stood up and about to walk off "Wait. They set up a camera in there and I grabbed its feed. Look!" Pidge said.
Lance, Hunk and Atsuko look at Pidge's computer and saw Shiro all tied up when doctors examining him. "Hey! What are you doing?" Shiro yelled at them "Calm down, Shiro we just need to keep you quarantined until we run some tests" Iverson said.
"You have to listen to me! They destroy worlds!" He said "Alien are coming!" Shiro yelled Atsuko eyes widen, that forbidden memory of her being experimented by those Aliens... if she can remember they were cats...but with purple skin and yellow eyes.
"Please stop...No more..." Young Atsuko begged them to stop and those were the ones who killed her parents. "It's hurts...so much...so tired" Atsuko shut her eyes trying to forget those memories when Lance spoke up "That's Shiro! The pilot of the Kerberos Mission! That guy's my hero!" Lance said.
Atsuko eyes widen Shiro is back from the dead! "Guess he's not dead in space, after all" "Where's the rest of the crew?" Pidge asked. "Do you know how long you've been gone?" Iverson asked him. "I don't know! Months? Years? Look, there's no time. Aliens are coming here for a weapon they're probably on their way! They'll destroy us! We have to find Voltron!" He said
"Voltron!" "Sir, take a look at this" one of the doctors said "it appears his arm has been replaced with a cyborg prosthetic" "Put him under until we know what that thing can do" Iverson told them "Don't put me under! No! There's no time!" Shiro begged them.
"They didn't ask about the rest of the crew" Pidge said "What are they doing? He's a legend. They're not even gonna listen to him?" Lance said "we have to get him out." Pidge told them
"I hate to be the voice of reason, always but weren't we watching on TV because there was no way to get past the guards?" hunk said. "That was before we were probably motivated. We've just got to think, could we tunnel in?" Lance asked.
"Maybe we could get some hazmat suits and sneak in like med techs" Pidge said "Or dress up like cooks, head back to the dorms, sneak into the commissary little late night snack." Hunk said.
"No. What we need is a distraction..Hey Atsuko do you have any plans on rescuing Shiro?" Lance asked her Atsuko shook her head 'no'. Til explosions happened making Lance to back up and all of them were screaming.
"Is that the aliens? Is that the aliens?! Are they here?! They got here so quick!" Hunk said freaking out "No! Those explosions were a distraction, for him." Pidge said point the moving vehicle "the garrison's headed towards the blast, and he's sneaking in from the other side." Atsuko grabbed the binoculars to see who was behind it.
Seeing Keith was the one who's behind it Atsuko immediately dropped the binoculars as Lance used it seeing the dropout. "No way! Oh, he is not going to beat in there!" Lance said "That guy is always trying to one-up me!" "Uh Lance, we better hurry cause Atsuko is head of us" Hunk pointed out seeing Atsuko sliding down the hill by using her hover board.
"Hey wait for us Atsuko!" Lance yelled out "who is it?"Hunk asked "Keith!" Lance yelled.
