Alastor POV:
After the dinner last night with Luci, I reported back to $&@ on my radio about everything I learnt.
"I see..job well done my pet. Your sure Lucifer doesn't suspect a thing?" I wave them off, rolling my eyes.
"Yes Yes I'm sure. He may be the King, but he has the brain size of an overgrown first grader." She chuckles at the joke.
"Amusing as always Alastor. Now my pet, as a reward, I'll fix that staff of yours." My eyes widen at her words. In a few seconds, my staff is in my hands, polished and shiny as if it never was broken.
"Aren't you going to thank me?" She does a 'tut-tut-tut.'
"Yes of course, thank you $&@." I give a little bow, even though I doubt she can see me.
"Oh do stop calling me that. I've owned your soul for a while. Might aswell call me by my name!" I sigh.
"Thank you, Eve."
Lucifer POV:
Shit I'm bi aren't I?
After the dinner with Al, I couldn't stop thinking about him and could barely get any sleep. Now that I'm thinking about it, guys are starting to look very attractive- no no what am I saying? I'm married to Lilith...who abandoned her family for heaven. All these thoughts are hurting my head, I need a drink. I head down to the lobby and go over to the bar where Husk is as usual.
"Ah your majesty, Shirley Temple as usual?" He asks, cleaning a bottle.
"You read my mind." He starts making the drink as I slouch down in my chair, resting my head on the counter.
"Speaking of your mind, you look like you have something on it. Not pushing you or anything, just wondering if ya wanna talk about it." I look up at him. Should I tell him?
"Its..embarrassing." I grumble as he passes me my drink.
"Alright, then let me take a guess at it. You like that shit-faced smiling fucker don't ya?" My eyes widen as he smirks.
"What no- I just uh-" he waves me off.
"No offence your majesty, but ya ain't very subtle." I sigh, nodding.
"Shit, I was that obvious huh?" He chuckles.
"Well maybe not obvious, but you sure as hell aren't making it unobvious. If you want my advice though, get to know the prick more before jumping to confessing to him." My face heats up.
"I wasn't gonna-"
"That fucker doesn't typically fall for people unless he's close with them. Hell, I've never seen him fall for anybody. But your the King so I doubt he wouldn't swoon for you." My face must be burning red because Husk starts laughing.
"Oh shut up, how are you so sure? I don't know if you've noticed but Al is stubborn as fuck." He looks at me like I'm being stupid. He's lucky I don't hate him.
"He literally gave you a nickname. I've never seen him do that with anyone but Niffty because she's like a daughter to him. Or me just to piss me off.." he grumbles the last bit.
"I suppose..but a nickname is just a nickname, it doesn't mean anythin-"
"Luci! I need a bit of help, Adam has gotten himself in a bit of a fight with our first redeemed soul." Alastor calls, appearing suddenly behind me.
"GAH!" I nearly fall off my chair, "could you stop doing that?"
"Hm..nope!" He says, booping my nose.
"Wait, Pentious is here? How long was I asleep for?" I look at Husk and he shrugs.
"I didn't even know the guy was here either, I'll join you two." We all went up to where the girls were, trying to settle down Adam and Pentious.
"Hey, back off fucker!" Cherri says, hiding Pentious behind her.
"Asshole is the whole reason I'm here! If he never went to heaven, I could've just stayed dead instead of having to stay here in hell! Thanks to him, Lute's probably dealing with a whole load of shit and-" I walk in, putting a hand on Adam's shoulder.
"The hell, I told you not to get into fights with guests! Well, or old guests.." Pentious gives me a nervous smile.
"No! Now how am I supposed to know Lute is going to be okay?! Or the other excorsists! I don't want them to be cast out of heaven!" Everyone looked confused.
"Wait, that's what this is about? Your worries about your girlfriend?" Adam's face turns red a bit.
"She's- we didn't- that doesn't matter! I just want to know if she's ok, but that piece of shit isn't saying anything!!" He points to Pentious who comes out behind Cherri.
"Apologiesss Adam, but before you attacked me, I wass going to tell you about Lute." Everyone turns to glare at Adam who looked embarrassed.
"Well uh- stop staring at me! Go on then, tell me!" He quickly states.
"Lute and the other exorcisstss are fine but they are in a lot of trouble with the Angels above. Including Mss.Sssera for allowing exterminationss to happen." Adams eyes widened, shocked.
"W-Well they aren't going to get cast out of heaven right?" He looked around at everyone for some reassurance but to no avail.
"Right?!!" I put a hand on his shoulder.
"Someone answer me dammit!" Pentious was going to say something but Charlie interrupted.
"Adam..I think you need to get some rest. We can talk about this later. Dad can you take him back to his room?" I nod, leading him to his room.
"Hey im sure there gonna be alright-"
"Dont bother." he grumbles shutting his door, leaving me standing there with nothing to do.
Just then, a knock was heard at the door. I raise my eyebrow questioningly, heading over to open it.
"Hello! Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel, how can I-" I look up and see who it is.
"Hello Lucifer.."
