Lucifer POV:
Charlie has taken the news about her mother pretty well. She somehow got the idea to do a dance here in the hotel for a redemption exercise from it. She gathered everyone in the lobby.
"Alright, so everyone, I have come up with a new exercise we can do." At that, the doors to the hotel open.
"Vaggie! Your right on time for our new redemption exercise!" Charlie gestures for her girlfriend to join the group.
"So, we are going to do a dance!" Everyone looks at her confused.
"I'm not dancing with any of these fuckers." Adam says. I roll my eyes.
"Well, if you wanna be redeemed, then I'm afraid your gonna have to buddy." I tell him. He gives me the middle finger.
"Oh put that away, we already know its bigger than your dick." Husk announces. That gets a laugh from some of us and Adam sends him a dirty glare.
"Haha alright..as I was saying. For this exercise, everyone will need a partner! You will do a dance together to demonstrate your co-operation skills and teamwork! The partners will be me and Vaggie, Angel and Husk, Adam and Nifty," Adam's eyes widen fearfully, "and Alastor, you don't have to participate in this since I know you aren't to comfortable with that sort of thing." Charlie finishes.
"Oh no my dear, it's quite alright!" He responds.
"Great! Then you and my dad will be a pair!" Angel spits out his drink, Husk chokes on his drink and starts coughing, Maggie's eyes widen, Adam starts laughing, and Niffty- well, she's Niffty.
"Charlie I don't-" I start but Al interrupts me.
"Alright dear! Let's get started then." I look at Al like 'what the fuck are you thinking' type of look.
"Perfect! You all have 1 hour to work on a dance. Good luck everyone!" with that, we all went to a corner of the room and started practicing.
"What in hells sake are you thinking, dancing with me?" I tell him annoyed.
"Oh come now your majesty, it will be fun! It would also make our dear Charlie happy." Our?! I don't know if I'm annoyed or flustered by that.
"Fine then..I am quite a good dancer so whatever you choose to do I can do it." I state.
"Then how about, the Tango?" he suggests.
"Of course! That's one of my favorites. But who will be the female-" he eyes me with a smirk.
"Oh fuck you." I say with an eye roll. He holds his hand out.
"May I have this dance, my lord?" I blush a bit.
"You may." I take his hand and we begin practicing.
"I hate to say it, but your a good dancer Bambi." his eye twitches and I smirk.
"Yes well, you are a decent dancer yourself I suppose." he twirls me.
"Decent? I'll have you know I am excellent!" I respond.
"Excellent at being an absent father I think you mean." I gasp and shoot him a glare.
"At least I'm not an outdated piece of shit." We finish the dance, both of us breathing heavily. We're then staying in that position, looking into each others eyes. We didn't notice everyone's gaze on us until Angel yelled,
"KISS, KISS, KISS, KISS!" A blush creeped onto my cheeks, I could feel Al's breath on my face. It looked like we were about to kiss, but then that asshole dropped me!
"Ouch! Asshole." I grumble, rubbing my back.
"Aww.." Angel whined. Husk elbowed him and Angel just gave him a kiss.
"Well, it's clear that you were watching that Charlie so how was it?" Al asks her as I get up.
"It was great! You both are such good dancers and have great chemistry! A+!" she beams clapping.
"Yeah, I thought you two would have a fucking make out session on the spot!" Adam snorts.
"Suggest were going to do anything of the sort again and the next voice on my broadcast will be yours." Al says with his ears twitching. That's when I notice, HE HAS A TAIL?!! My eyes widen and I gasp. He looks at me confused then sees where I'm looking. He quickly hides his tail then glares at me. His face looks a little red, was he blushing?
"Well, let's see everyone else now!" Charlie announces. Her and Maggie do a ballroom dance routine, it was very lovely. Then Angel and Husk did a Jazz dance, after it Angel dragged Husk to his room. Looks like someone's getting lucky. Adam was just running from Niffty the whole time.
"Lucifer, I wanted to ask you if you would like to accompany me for dinner tonight." I stare at Al blushing.
"Why?" I ask warily.
"Just because, A. Charlie wants us getting along and B. I would like to talk to you about something." I frog blink.
"Alright..? Where will we be eating?" I question.
"Why, Cannibal Town of course!"
