Okay, I realize that I didn't really tell you what the story is actually about so here is a summary:
This story is about a girl named Kaliegh Green who lives a really tough life. Her mom died in a car accident 3 years back and her dad turned to drugs and drinking because he was so depressed. When he got really addicted he decided it wasn't enough to get his anger out and he started to beat Kaleigh. She has had to deal with his beatings for over a year now and she is not as strong as she acts at school. At home she cuts; she locks herself in her room and she cuts all the pain away from the horrific life she is living. It's her only escape or is it? Until a certain boy named Louis Tomlinson shows up in her life she believes that there is no hope left. Can he bring hope and love and confidence back into her heart? Will she start to believe those five simple words he keeps repeating? "We'll get through it together".
