It's the easiest crush Lee Felix has ever had in his entire life. Christopher Bahng Chahn, the most experienced trainee, the all-rounder in every skill an idol could possibly need, who had a big smile with cute dimples. Oh, and that warm Australian accent which reminded Felix of home. It was a no-brainer, really, Felix didn't even have to think about liking Chris - his heart just acted on its own.

Felix would only find out later that falling in love easily doesn't mean that it'll be an easy love.

Training isn't all that glorious, but when Chris is tough on him, Felix knows better than anyone else that it's because the older boy cares for him and believes in him. That's why, Felix doesn't mind any of it. Even if he's the harshest during practice, even if he keeps pushing Felix to his limits, Felix likes it all.

Felix guesses that's how he knows that he's in love with Chris, who can never seem to do any wrong in his eyes. In fact, Felix even admires the part of Chris who works so hard for the sake of his dreams.

It especially doesn't help that Chris Hyung, as he's used to calling for now - always keeps a lookout for Felix. Felix can tell how much Chris cares for him despite all other pressures weighing on their shoulders. Chris, with his responsibilities as the leader and producer, and Felix, as the struggling newcomer on the verge of dropping out.

On days when Felix can't fight the thought that he isn't good enough, the older boy's motivation pushes him through. Felix remembers noting down in his journal to never forget Chris' unwavering belief in him, and each time he'd fought for Felix's right to be in the team, each time he’d gone out of his way to help Felix showcase his talents. To believe in himself.

And so he works, hard, at everything. Thankful for the opportunity, Felix would rather work himself to exhaustion than be the reason for disappointment on his Hyung's face. As the survival show looms, Felix pushes his growing feelings back down his gut, telling himself that it's only for the time being, and he'll get back to it again. Not that he was ever that good at hiding his feelings.
