I woke up in her bed, her sinewy hands wrapped around my torso. She looked so peaceful while sleeping that I almost wanted to kiss her. I carefully extricated myself from her embrace and headed to the kitchen to make breakfast.
Scrambled eggs and toast seemed like a good start. While the eggs cooked, I thought about the events of the previous day and the strange pull I felt towards Y/n. Shaking my head, I focused on the task at hand. Once breakfast was ready, I left a note on the table and headed for the shower.
As the hot water cascaded over me, I couldn't stop thinking about Y/n. Her presence, her warmth, and the way she had called me Kuna the night before. I finished my shower and wrapped a towel around my waist, stepping out into the bedroom.
