Chapter 14

Athena was studying for charms class in her dorm when she heard a loud banging on her door. Before she could see who it was, Mary and Lilith stormed into her room. "What are you doing here?" Mary asked.

Athena explained that she was studying for her O.W.L's, but Lilith quickly suggested that Athena stop studying and come with them to the Hufflepuff party. Athena hesitated at first, not wanting to get distracted from her studies.

Lilith spoke up, "C'mon, the Hufflepuffs have the GOOD herbal stuff today." Athena's eyes widened at "Drugs?" she asked. Mary replied hastily, "Not hard drugs, just some herbal stuff they grew in the garden. You don't need to take that stuff, but it can be a lot of fun."

"Come on, Athena," Lilith urged her. "It's Friday night. You're not going to sit around here studying, are you?"

Athena hesitated again, "But I really need to get this stuff done," she protested. Lilith rolled her eyes. "You're not going to study on a Friday evening! That's no fun. Come with us, it's gonna be a blast."

"No, there's no way I'm going to the party like this," she said, shaking her head. "It's too late and I look like a homeless person." Mary grabbed for her hand „Show me your closet I can fix it" Athena pointed on her Closet, „In this drawer are Shirts oh and in this one dresses-"

Mary storm off, opening and rummaging through every drawer in the room. Mary threw clothes out of each drawer, tossing them across the floor, searching for the perfect piece.

Mary gasped „This could work!" she turned around and revealed a mini dark red dress, the dress has a ruffle skirt, with bow straps. Athena explained „Oh that thing yeah I've never worn it" Mary gasped „What?! It's literally so cute I'm gonna borrow it some time"

Lilith added „Yeah, but not know. Athena get changed and let's go." Athena quickly slipped on the dress with black Mary Jane heels. She finished the look with some casual makeup and a simple braid.
Mary was excited „Good! Now let's go."

They walked down the Dark corridors, at this time they aren't supposed to walk around. „Lumos" Athena whispered, the only light source was their glowing wand. Lilith whispered „We need to be extra careful in the basement, Snape could be anywhere."

Lilith was dressed in a stunning shiny dark purple dress, while Mary had chosen a comfortable black loose maxi dress for the night. before they went down the stairs to the Basement Mary and Lilith stopped „Okay Athena, now we're gonna turn off the light hood each others hands and walk really quietly to the party" Mary explained, „Just so you know, don't drink too much alcohol don't smoke too much AND if you're in deep deep trouble like super deep, just us the Bombardment Spell, and we'll find you"

Lilith nodded approvingly, they all whispered "Nox" and walked down the stairs. The sound of their Heels clacking, echoed through the corridors.

As they arrived at the entrance of the Common room, to enter they need to tap the correct barrel. In the rhythm of "Hel-ga Huff-le-puff."

"Perfect," Mary whispered as they headed towards the entrance of the common room. Students from every house were gathered around, The room was warm and stuffy. Not very convenient to be in the basement, the Common room was located under the great hall.

Athena's thoughts kept drifting back to a recent dream she had while Theodore's Tutor lesson. Maybe he was here at the party tonight.

They walked through the crowded common room,Athena was overwhelmed by the strong smells of various herbs. Suddenly, Mary handed her a cup, "Here, take this," she said. Athena was taken aback as she took the cup and looked inside, "What is that?" she asked, her voice little raised to be heard.

Mary didn't seem to hear her over the music and chatter, and Athena yelled again, "What is that in the cup, Mary?"

Mary shouted back "I have no idea what you're asking me," suddenly Olymp appeared Mary left Athena and Lilith alone. As Mary faded into the party, Athena tapped Lilith's shoulder, "Lilith, what are we going to do?" she asked, feeling a little lost.

Lilith chuckled „Are you kidding me? We're at a party! amuse yourself talk with people and drink!"
Athens stumbled backwards, after being pushed by the unknown student. She searched for Lilith, but the crowd made it impossible to find her.

Athena felt disoriented, like she was trapped in a maze with no way out. As Athena made her way through the crowd, hoping she'll reach the end, she found herself feeling more and more claustrophobic, it felt like she was drowning in a sea of bodies.

Suddenly she bumped into someone familiar, the guy turned around. It was Blaise, Athena felt relieved „Blaise! Do you know where Lilith is? Or Mary?" she asked. He was quite tall, about 1.90m (6'3''), Blaise was able to look over the crowd, he shook his head.

Blaise noticed her worried face, he pointed on some guy and told her that he'll help her. Athena made her way to the Guy.

Suddenly, she felt a strong grip on her arm and turned to see who it was. To her shock, it was Mattheo, grinning at her „Look who it is! Mrs. I need to study, is on a party." Athena rolled her eyes „Stop gripping onto me, you're stopping my blood circulation."

As he loosed his grip Athena was about to walk away, „Woah where do you think you're going?" he asked „Away from you obviously" she replied straight forward. He chuckled „You're very honest, you know I like that in a Woman."

Athena tried to walk away from him but he kept following her, as she walked up to the Guy Blaise was pointing on earlier, she found out immediately who it was.

Mattheo grabbed onto her arm again „Why you wanna talk with him and not with me?-" he was cut of by the guy, „Athena, I didn't think i would see you around here!" Theodore admitted surprised. He glanced at Mattheos arm holding onto Athena „Why are you grabbing onto her like that? she ain't gonna vanish into thin air" Theodore asked, with a serious face.

Mattheo didn't reply, he just let go of Athena's arm. Athena turned around to Theodore „Do you know where Mary and Lilith are?" Theodore shook his head „It's a enormous crowd, you're not gonna find them."

He looked at Athena's cup „What are you drinking?" he asked, Athena replied „I have no idea, Mary just handed me the cup."

Theodore took the cup and sniffed „Pure vodka, Mary has an odd taste. Are you gonna drink that?" he asked, Athena shook her head. Theodore handed Mattheo the cup „You look like you need it" he chuckled.

Theodore leaned forward to her „Come I'll help you find them." he offered, suddenly Mattheo chimed in, "I'll come with you guys." Theodore rolled his eyes and responded, "No you're not going to come with us, just stay here and take care of Athena's drink, or something."

Theodore took Athena's hand gently, leading her through the crowded common room towards the bar. He held her hand tightly, and looked back a few times to make sure she was doing okay.
