Somewhere within the Norwegian-Swedish Border...

*Swoosh*

In the cold mountains within the Scandinavian region and its unforgiving terrain, harbored a shadow moving in the night. They were swift as the wind, the snowfall neither hindering nor slowing their movements.

Gently, they glided through the twilight, their passage stirring the air with a whisper as they navigated the dense weave of the forest. Ascending gracefully, the back of their torso and feet emitted bright teal flames, mirroring the vibrant glow of their eyes, casting an ethereal light through the underbrush.

*Woosh*

As the figure ascended the rugged terrain, the teal flames flickering softly against the snow-covered ground, they maintained a pace that was both deliberate and swift. The heavy weapon they bore was a specialized rifle, engineered for extreme conditions and distances far beyond the capabilities of standard military armaments. Its matte black finish absorbed the weak moonlight, making the figure and its gear almost invisible against the backdrop of the night.

The terrain grew steeper, but their movements remained unhindered. Expertly navigating the landscape, they found a vantage point—a cliff overlooking a valley that was shrouded in darkness, save for the occasional flicker of light from below where their target was likely located.

Halting its flight, it slowly descended with a soft metal thud.

*Flicker*

*Thud*
