ELI CAME STOPPING IN MY ROOM. "wakey wakey stella" i was so tired i barely got any sleep last night but i knew i had to wake up because i had a big volleyball game today. all of a sudden i feel a pillow wack me in the face multiple times
"okay okay i'm up" i said as which caused him to stop hitting me with the pillow and made him leave the room
i got up from my bed walking into the bathroom to brush my teeth, do my skincare and take a shower. once i was done i got dressed and packed my stuff for volleyball.

I WALKED DOWNSTAIRS TO EAT BREAKFAST. i saw my brothers and parents sitting down at the island all eating breakfast.
"look who finally decided to wake up" said isaac i rolled my eyes back in response as my dad chuckled
"good morning honey, are you excited for your game tonight" my mom said to me with a bright smile on her face, shining her pearly white teeth. i smiled back while saying
"morning mom and i'm kinda nervous if i'm gonna be honest" my dad reassured me that im gonna do great and there's nothing to worry about.
as i finished eating breakfast i asked my mom if she could do my hair and she obviously agreed.
before every game my mom would always do some sort of special hairstyle on me. i know I'm capable of doing it myself but there's some sort of comforting feeling when my mom does it. today she did french braids that turn into pigtails mid way with little bows that were the same colour as my jersey.

WE ALL GO IN THE CAR DRIVING TO THE GAME. my game was at six and it was currently one but we had to get to the gym a couple hours earlier in order to get checked into our hotel because the gym was a long drive away from our home.
"i am not sitting in the middle seat," i said firmly. isaac laughed at me replying back by saying
"yes you are stella, you're the tiniest out of me and eli and may i also mention that you're the youngest so you have no choice but to sit in the middle" i groaned back in response as my brothers laughed.
we were around forty minutes into the car ride when eli speaks "mom my friend nelson is staying at the same hotel as us for his younger brothers basketball tournament. can him and his family come watch stella's game" my mom nodded her head in agreement.
i knew that nelson was around my age and that he was very close to both my brothers but i never got the chance to meet him. every time he came over i was either at a friend's house or at volleyball.
i've seen edits of him and don't get me wrong, i do find him quite attractive but after all he was my brothers friend. after what felt like forever we finally arrived at the hotel. we all got checked into our rooms when i feel my phone vibrate. It was my best friend nylah.

STELLA told her mom that she was going over to nylah's room.
"okay honey, have fun but be back before six so we can get headed to the game" stella nodded her head as she walked out the room walking towards nylah's room.
her room wasn't that far from stella's room because they were on the same level. stella knocked on the door waiting for a response. she was startled by the giant hug she received from nylah
"stella i missed you" stella hugged the girl back laughing
"woah nylah i saw you like two days ago" nylah laughed at stella's comment closing the door and walking towards the bed.
"so what's up" nylah asked
"not much to be honest but, nelson and his family are coming to watch our game" nylah smirked at the blue eyed girl as she said this. stella told nylah about thinking nelson's fine and from then on nylah insisted on them getting together
"oooo your man's coming" stella laughed at the comment
"not my man ny" nylah nodded her head in disagreement to the comment
"you mean not yet," she winked at stella. stella turned her face in embarrassment, beginning to change the subject.
