That's what I should've done... I should've waited and I knew if I did wait I knew who would be to... Nelson.

I remember when he moved to Shelbyville. It was extremely sad because... the bullies were talking about Nelson asking me out. Around me? Not even close, they always talked when they thought I wasn't around.

But the day he was moving he came up to me and smiled but as he was about to say something, but then his mother came over and told him it was time to go and they didn't have time to waste.

She then grabbed him and I heard Nelson yell to me, "Goodbye Lisa Marie Simpson! I ... ...!"

I could never make out those last two words I wish he had said those words first.

I guess I'll never know. I sighed but I forgot about it when mom started talking.

"So your father bought a six pack of beer and tried to drink all of them. Unfortunately for him he had just broke a no sleeping record of three days. So he drank half a beer before falling asleep and when he woke up, he asked where his beer was so I told him that he drank all of it and started crying, but I actually threw it away." Mom told us laughing. Maggie joined on with her but I just faked a laugh.

I will say that I was very good at faking things perhaps I could be an actress. I'd be very good at it but I'll be honest it's not the career for me. Mainly for when I was in 5th grade and Nelson was in 7th grade.

-Flashback-
"Hey Lis." Nelson said as we were going to a play audition.

"Oh hi Nelson." I replied.

We were auditioning for The Little Mermaid and I was excited even though I thought I wouldn't get the part I wanted.

"Who are you auditioning for?" He asked.

"Ariel." I said showing him the script.

"Eric." He responded with his.

I blushed as he showed me that. We would have a love story together in the school play which is also one of my favorite movies.

I saw the competition and it was pretty tough for both of us to get the part we wanted.

*After audition*

"YESSSS!!!!!!!!!" I yelled as I found out I got the part.

"Thank you, thank you so much!" I said hugging Principal Skinner.

Principal Skinner just smiled at me. I knew I got the part since I was his favorite student.

"Yes, while Nelson will be playing Prince Eric." He said.

"Sweet." Nelson responded.

*After the play*

"Hey Lis we were pretty awesome."

"Yeah we were, we were amazing."

"Umm can I tell you something after school tomorrow?"

"Sure of course."

Well as he came over to me to tell me something he had to leave. I guess I'll never know what it was.

-End of flashback-

"Lisa are you ok?" Maggie asked me, gently shaking me.

"You completely zoned out. I got really worried." Mom told me.

"Oh sorry I didn't really notice." I replied.

"I'm just glad you're ok now." Mom replied hugging me with a couple kisses on the head.
