Chapter : 6

SAM

My head was heavy , my body felt light , small like it was of a child . I could hear a lot of voices , unable to understand what they meant . It was like someone had pushed me in a deep never ending space , but I tried , I looked around , unable to move my body , I felt thirsty . It was then only when I sensed someone's presence beside me , I looked at my left and was terrified like hell .

Those big brown eyes were looking at me , I wanted to run away , run away as far as possible . I moved back but she came closer ..

“ You , no play today .. me ? “ That stammering voice , I never wanted to hear that , I started breathing heavily , I was moving back and she was coming closer repeating her sentence again and again .

“ Why?”. I shouted , “ why only me? Go away I don't want you to be here , go away right now , leave me . “ I screamed more loudly and looked away . She stopped repeating her sentence , but then I could hear the sound of sobs , no…no..no… please don't look there .

But still I couldn't handle myself and looked there , she was crying . My heart started to feel heavy , I was trembling .

“ Don't..don't cry , please “ I said, holding her face . I could handle anything except her tears . “ Okay I will , but don't cry , please . “ I was not stable . Suddenly someone called me , and I looked at her .

“ Don't go anywhere , I will come . Promise me you won't go anywhere .” I asked for the promise and she gave me . But suddenly it felt like she was going away and away. I called her name , I shouted , I screamed but she went away and away . She was running in the dark woods , leaving me behind .

Again those fearful feelings , as I looked back I found two big men standing in front of me . They looked dangerous.
“ Where is she ? Tell us .” As they asked everything messed up , it was like everyone was calling me , asking me questions , needing answers . Mom , Abhi , those people , everyone was just screaming out my name . It was too suffocating , I was crying , crying badly and just wanted all that to stop .

I looked back in hope to find her but she was not there. I tried to find her again and again but she was not there . All I heard at the end was a gunshot and there Abhi was standing in front of me , all covered in blood , he was crying , his back was bleeding badly .

“ It all happened just because of you , you are responsible for all this . It all happened because of you ! “

“ Just because of you ! “

I woke up! That dream! Ohh my! Childhood events are really hard to forget .

My head was still heavy , it took me five minutes to come to proper senses and I never knew hell was waiting for me .

Like always I knew if Abhi didn't sleep in the room then the next day I had to clean the mess , but what I was witnessing was something I never expected .

I held my head by my both hands and called the supreme creator to help . I could only handle Abhi , but he also included that new guy with him . Both were lying on the floor like someone threw them there and were smelling like rotten deads , shitty drunk heads .

“ Hey you two !” I screamed at the top of my lungs and both of them just woke up and sat still like someone was going to attack them . Realizing everything was fine Abhi became normal , but that new guy looked at me .

“ I never expected this from you .” I said with my utmost disappointment .

“ I..I , he said drink , so I did . “ He said pointing to Abhi . I looked at him but that guy was already ready with his explanation.
