Amaira
I pulled her back , her gaze on me and I could see tears in her red eyes . Before I could say anything she pushed me aside and went away . I looked at them , they were silent , just Abhi was furious and Sam again signed to go and look after Reem .
It took me around fifteen minutes to find her and there she was sobbing near the fountain . I went near her , though I was out of words I managed to speak some .
“ Hey Reem please , don't cry . He is like that , but you know he is the nicest one . He was like this with me too , but see now I have this many friends because of him only . “
My explanation made her turn towards me and I got a death glare .
“ So you are on his side , right ? “
“ Ahh! no , you are taking me wrong .”
“ What's wrong? Why does everyone find them to be better , always ? Am I not good? “ She pointed towards herself .
“ Am I not like a human ? Don't I look good ? Or are they special? “
It was all against my ability to understand , but still I tried to console her .
“ No, Reem , it's not …”
Before I could complete , she grabbed my shoulders and looked straight into my eyes and asked .
“ Tell me , who is better , they or I ?”
What a dumb question ! It took me again fifteen minutes to respond as I was speechless .
“ Of Course you “ with a fake smile , I learnt from Abhi .
My answer made the atmosphere a little light . The other moment we were both sitting near the fountain and she looked all sad .
“ How do you know them ? “ I asked
“ It's none of your business , but one thing I want to warn you about is to stay away from them . I don't know about dad , but if I found you to be close to any of them I won't even take a single second before killing you . Those two brothers just , Ahhh!!!! “ whole sentence followed by a death glare .
“ But they are my roommates”.
“ Change your room .”
“ They are classmates too .”
“ Change your class .”
“ It's not possible. “
“ Nothing is impossible for me , I am Reem . I will call your hostel incharge , change your room and also your whole course . “
I was shocked , I never saw her angry side . She seemed to be jealous , something contrasting to her personality. I looked at her again , then I looked around us and found many eyes on us .
“ Reem , I think you should leave . “ I grabbed her one hand and tried to drag her .
“ Yeah , it's everytime me who is left behind . About this matter , I will talk to dad . “ She was in her thoughts but then she shifted her big eyeballs towards me . “ But you have made great progress , proud of you. “, she smiled .
“ Ahh , it's because of them only . “ I looked at my shoes . “ I don't know what's your problem with them but they are nice . “ I explained with a hope that she would understand.
“ Why does everyone just say this to me , well leave it . A lot of people are watching ,I should leave . “ With this she patted my back and left . I waved my hand and she waved back . It was a very dangerous visit for her .
