I was busy folding my clothes when Jake walked in, "Hey what's up?" I asked him pausing what i was doing. Jake quietly sat on my bed ,seeing his face i could sense the seriousness of the matter. "Something bothering you?" I asked while placing my arm on his shoulder but he pulled me for a hug.
"Now you are scaring me Jake," i said. Jake broke off the hug i could feel the tension in the air. He cleared his throat before he started talking, "Little Lewis i got a call today from my parents they wants me home. My dad is not feeling well and they need me there. So am leaving tomorrow," he said.
I gently patted his back, "Don't worry am sure uncle will be okay," i said while smiling in reassurance.
"That is not what am worried about," he said raising one of his eyebrows.
"Then what are you worried about?" I asked
"You," he said casually, i let out a small chuckle, what did he think i am a five year old. Jake seemed to be annoyed by me laughing,
" what is so funny?me worrying about you?"
"No, it is not about that is just it seems you have forgotten that am now all grown up and why worry when Tom is here he will look after me." I said
"Yeah Tom i don't trust him with you. I don't know how long i will be there for but i don't wish to come back and see my little baby becomes an alcoholic because of Tom," he said while folding his arms.
"Hey i can make my own decisions," I said while pouting my lips. I and Jake talked for a while before Tom barged in my room. "If you two are done chatting can you please make dinner ,am starving," he said. Jake and I went to the kitchen to prepare dinner. Once done we all sat together for a meal.
"Am washing the dishes today," Tom volunteered.

I walked in my room and changed into my PJ's. I stared at my phone hoping he texts me not that i was desperate. Being a CEO must be a huge responsibility for him and i don't wish to burden him.
I sigh and closed my eyes and imagine myself beside him, trying to recall the feel of his warmth against my side. "Shit! What is wrong with me? Why can't i get him out of my head?" I mumbled to myself.
Every time i think of him my heart races fast threatening to break my rib cage. I was engulfed in my thoughts when my buzzed. I quickly sat on my bed and held on to my phone near my chest hoping it was him who texted me.

I placed my phone aside and switched off the lights.

"Jake are you awake?" A voice was heard behind the door. Jake was busy packing when he heard a familiar voice. "No but you can come in," he said. Tom sheepishly peaks his head into Jake's room before he walked in, "At what time will you be leaving?" He asked while walking over Jake's bed and climbed onto it.
"4 Am but i want you and Little Lewis to take care of yourselves once am gone," he said while placing the suitcase aside. Tom went and back hugged him, "I will miss you,"he whispered into his ears Jake smiled at his words.
"May i sleep here with you today?" Tom pleaded, Jake nodded in agreement. Jake slept next to him, Tom pressed his face on his chest.
Jake wrapped his arms around his body making Tom blush profusely.
Tom didn't want to move he found comfort in Jake's arm. "Will you miss me when you are gone?" Tom shyly asked.
"No,"Jake responded, " Really you won't miss me," Tom said while pouting. Jake placed a kiss on Tom's forehead.
"Why will i miss you? What are phones for? We will still contact each other now go to sleep, you have work tomorrow," he said.
