INTRODUCTION:
Annie- 16 years old, has long brown hair, bright hazel eyes, 5'5 in height. She's pretty outgoing, and always knows what's going on, she likes watching sunsets. She has a troubled past and has been hurt many times. Annie is sassy yet she is wise and always knows what to do in a bad situation. She loves all of her friends but especially cares about Ashley. She's The badass of the group.
ashley- 16 years old, brown with ombré medium length hair, bright blue eyes, 5'3 in height. shy at first but once you get to know her she's super fun to be around, she's everyone's shoulder to cry on and is always giving advice because she doesn't want others to suffer. she was constantly hearing fighting because of her parents so she never stayed at home. She use to be bullied in 9th grade which still affects how she sees herself now. she wasn't the youngest but everyone in the group treated her as if she was.
Selena- 19 years old, tan skin, brown eyes, and 5'3 in height with long dark brown hair with teal at the ends she's the oldest. she acts like the mom of the group and always comes prepared, all the gang looked up to her like an older sister. She is the one you would go to if you were in trouble. Her parents divorced when she was young and hasn't seen her dad for years.
Andrea- she is 17, blonde hair and brown eyes, pale skin. She is 5'5, she's very reckless, she loves to be the center of attention by showing off her gymnastics skills. She's not afraid to cause trouble and will always be up for a rumble.
Sidney- she is 17, she has black curly hair and dark brown eyes, and tan skin, and 5'4 in height. She was real shy if she didn't know you, but was always fun to be with. She is always watching movies.
Katie- shes 15, she's blonde, with brown eyes and glasses, she's 5'2. She she was shy most of the time and is always reading books, she could stand up for herself if she needed too. She's the youngest.
Tiana- shes 17, she's got brown hair and green eyes, she's 5'3 and is always cracking jokes and laughing, is always the happiest of the group. Is always up for a party and is super outgoing.

Ashley's P.O.V
It was 3 a.m. and there was practically no chance of sleeping. Tomorrow was the last day of school and then I wouldn't have to worry about going back to that hell hole. My thoughts were interrupted by the sound of my phone ringing. the bright light was blinding I squinted my eyes to get a better look at the name the contact read"'Selena((:" I immediately answered. "Hey Ashley! we've got a surprise it's real exciting, bring money your gonna need it." I could hear Tiana laughing and cracking jokes in the background. "Okay I'll be out soon!" I threw a sweatshirt on and grabbed 50 dollars off the counter. I jumped out of my window, luckily my room was on the first story so it didn't hurt. "Hey!" I was greeted by an overly excited gang. "We're going back in time to meet the outsiders!" Andrea said jumping with joy. At first I didn't believe them, until Annie pulled something out of her backpack it was shaped like a remote and had a date and a place to choose. "Look at this!" Katie handed me a letter they found with the box. It read; "Please be careful with this time traveling device, don't let it fall into the wrong hands and if you happen to lose the remote there will be no way back. Treat with care and time travel wisely.'' I honestly thought I was dreaming, this couldn't be happening.
"Well are we just gonna sit here watching it all day!?" Annie said impatiently. I could feel butterflies in my stomach as I watched Sidney type in "'Tulsa Oklahoma, June 9th, 1965". everyone's faces turned as white as paper when the controller lit up. Next thing I knew the ground began to shake.

We were all laying face first in the grass, Tiana was the first to sit up "Guys take a look at this!" she said shocked.
We all sat up "Is that what I think it is?" asked Katie.
"The nightly double!" Andrea had the biggest smile on her face.
"What's the plan now?" Sidney asked, we all looked at Selena knowing that she always had a plan. "Well, we stand out way too much, our clothes look nothing like what everyone else is wearing. which means-"
Katie cut her off by screaming "TO THE MALL!"

Selena's P.O.V
I headed to the dress section of the store while everyone else went to the aisles with leather jackets,I was never really into that kinda stuff. I bought a baby blue dress and a dark blue sweater vest. We all paid and then went into the fitting rooms so we could change out of our old clothes. It kinda made me feel awkward to see everyone else wear leather and im wearing a dress, but it also made me feel sorta special like I was the "mature" one of the gang. The whole situation felt unreal, I was nervous. What if we lost the remote and never found it? I couldn't be stuck in the 60s, I have a family in 2015 to get back too. I was making myself sick, I needed to calm myself down. I'm the person everybody looks up too, it wouldn't help anybody if I was a nervous wreck.
Annie's P.O.V
At my school I was known as the bad girl, the girl nobody wanted to mess with. I never warm up to people, except to my gang. Especially Ashley, I've known her for years, we grew up together, she use to get bullied really bad in 9th grade. It took away her confidence. Ashley is quiet, yet if you know her, she is a cool person to be around, we always have a good time with her.
Anyways, I wasn't nervous about this time travel thing at all. I had nothing to miss if I ever got stuck here. My dad passed away when I was 12, my mom works a lot. We have a lot of money, and that's the problem my mom is always working, I know she loves me, but I never see her. I bought a leather jacket, a white shirt, some ripped jeans and a pair of tennis shoes. I felt real "tuff".
I've always wanted to meet the famous Dallas Winston, He's handsome and a badass like me. I ain't scared of him, I don't care if he was arrested at 10 years old, big deal. I can get into trouble and not get caught. Clearly he can't do that. I saw a sweet side of him when I read the book and watched the movie. It was clear he was embarrassed in a way to be a greaser so he masked it by doing crimes and acting tough. I understand him, because I do it too. We both dig, I guess.
Ashley's P.O.V
At the store I bought 2 pairs of ripped high waisted jeans, a white tank top and a jean jacket, and some bananas. It felt nice to finally wear what I wanted and not get judged for it. We were walking to the dingo and all I could think about was how bad this could turn out if we messed something up. We could change the whole book if we weren't careful, the only thing I was excited about was Johnny. Even thinking about it makes my heart beat faster but I know it's not realistic to think about him ever liking me. Suddenly a blue mustang slowed down while passing us, we all started to run. I was never a good runner and I was almost positive they were going to jump us, my heart was beating out of my chest and I started to slow down. Annie turned around seeing that I was struggling to keep up, she got behind me making sure I stayed with everyone. Annie was tuff I've always looked up to her cause she never let anything get to her, I wish I could be more like her. A stranger could insult me and I would think it was true till the day I died but nobody would even dare to talk bad about Annie because they would go home with a black eye and some teeth missing that's for sure.
