As you sat on your bed crying you heard a odd noise, like a sound effect (idk if I'm imgaineing but the little sound effect when Caine teleports.) You slowly look up to see who it was you see Caine had come into your room. Caine quickly realizes that you are crying and he tenses up, not knowing what to say or do. He came over to your room to see if you were alright, since he noticed how shaken up you were after Kaufmo's abstraction. He quietly floats over to you and you shift over so he could sit down with on on the bed. For a few seconds you both sat there in slience, Caine was trying to think on have to comfort you. After all, he was an AI. He didn't understand alot of human emotions so he didn't know why Kaufmo's abstraction would matterd that much to you, since in his logic it's just something that could happen and didn't matter much.

"I...Are you okay Y/N? I know that you were...sad about what happened to Kaufmo." For once Caine had nothing to say, not knowing how to help you out.

You just stayed quiet, not having enough energy to try to give him a response. As you both sat there in slience one again you heard Caine generate somthing. As you look over you he Caine hand you a box of tissues.

You quietly thank him and you take the tissues form him. Blowing your nose and wiping your tears. After more slience you start to speak to him

"I'm just thinking about everything. I mean, I can't remember anything about myself or my old life, Nothing! I just sit here everyday trying to remember anything about life. As much as I try I cant remember!" As you continue speaking your voice starts to get more panicked and afraid. "I mean why I'm I still doing anything? The only reason I'm doing these adventures you make is because I don't want to abstract but it doesn't even matter! At the end of the day I'm stuck here forever, waiting for the end I'm going to abstract and end up in the cellar like Kaufmo!!" You start to shake as you explain everything your feeling. When you stop Caine start to talk.

"Please don't panic! I know that your worried about abstracting but I ensure you that won't happen Y/n. The adventures I make for there for you and the other to make reach the breaking point! Kaufmo was just...unlucky. There was other things going on in that mind of his!" Even tho his comfort wasn't the greatest it calmed you down a bit, at least there was some sort of assurance that you wouldn't abstract there.

"Thank you Caine...At least I now that I probably won't get abstracted." You sniffle, not crying anymore as you look at him, smiling a bit. He smiles back, happy that you weren't crying anymore. (Uhh how does he smile with his head??"

"Great! Now that your doing better, how about we go the the digital carnival to get your mind off things!" He floats over to the door as he opens it. You smile as you get off your bed and you start walk over.
